We hear water running every 30 seconds. It clicked on and off all night, along with noise of the traffic from interstates highway. It wasn’t a restful night. But the facility is updated and very clean

Only problems were the hilly floor in the bathroom, evidently so it would drain properly, and the milk at breakfast was sour and lumpy and found to be expired

The desk staff was courteous. He told us after we checked in that there was no HOT water. So no showers!! Not good when after being on the road for many numerous hours. We are counting on a hot shower. He did say that the plumbers were here “working on it.

The facility was older but clean. Breakfast was the typical buffet offerings however they appeared to have more choices at the same time. Our only complaint about breakfast was the difficulty getting a decent cup of coffee from the coffee machine. The other issue was the grout in the bathroom area was breaking away and left the tile feeling like it was coming up. The Manager was made aware of that issue before we left.

This property was really convenient to get to right off of I70E coming 750 miles from Denver! The check-in person was very nice and personable too!

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Very disappointed that the pool and hot tub was closed. I wish we had been told when we checked in as that was why we chose that hotel.

I was put in the room and the tv didn’t work with no remote. So the guy switched us to another room and the room was so hot that we felt sick. Turned the air on and it didn’t even cool down dthe room at all. Went back downstairs and asked to speak with the manager and he said that he was the manager. We checked out and went to another hotel because he said I can’t do anything about it and the air works in that room. I told him it doesn’t I had it down low and it wasn’t working. I’ve switched you once and can’t switch you again. I told him it’s not my fault that the tv in the first room didn’t work and it’s not my fault that the air conditioning isn’t working in the second room. I can’t be blamed for your maintenance issues. When I went up to the front desk to check out I asked the lady if that was the manager and she said no he’s an employee. She told me that I could call the manager this morning but he wasn’t available and he never called me back. I’m not paying for the hotel when I had to check out and pay for another hotel because he refused to do anything and told me to deal with it. I want my money back. The manager needs to refund my money

Room was clean. We did ask for room away from interstate traffic, but it was still a bit noisy from the big rigs racing by. Turned on a/c fan and put “white noise” on my tablet and it did drown out most of the noise. Overall the motel is quite nice.very clean, friendly desk people.
