Front desk is helpful and courteous. Should have gotten his name. Set up our rooms nicely. Hotel is walking distance to stadium but a 20-25min walk to supermarket and mall.

Disgraceful We booked 3 nights and had to cancel last minute (36hrs before check in) due to a family emergency and they still charged us full price for all 3 nights.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, providing thoughtful guidance from entrance to check-in. The rooms are modern and elegant in design, with soft and comfortable bedding, high-end bathroom facilities and dry and wet separation. The daily cleaning is meticulous, even the corners are spotless. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety. It is highly recommended whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!
