The staff at the hotel could not do enough for us and their command of English was exceptional. The correspondence with reception was rapid and complete - it was almost a joy! The location was perfect for us and allowed us to sample all of the local culinary treats. The hotel restaurant provided some very good food too, so we didn't eat out every night. However, the one major drawback was the quality of the pools, partiocularly the one a short walk away from the hotel. Some of the sunbeds were broken as were some of the sum umbrellas. It was rundown and needed some urgent attention, expecially when compared with the rest of the hotel.

We had a room with a lounge and kitchenette and with a little balcony round the corner. Superb. The dinner on the terrace was excellent and service charming. Breakfast also great. Nice walks around the hilltop hamlet. Remember to have data on your cell before arriving as it is a steep hill and they WhatsApp you to send a golf cart down to collect you and your luggage. Highly recommended

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce fabuleux hotel villa Sermolli. Le cadre est incroyable car c'est beaucoup arboré et fleuri. Cet hôtel est digne d'une dolce vita !! Excellent petit déjeuner, il est d'une grande qualité !! Le personnel est chaleureux. Très intimiste et romantique, je recommande fortement !

Villa storica situata nel borgo storico di Buggiano, che si affaccia sulla vallata sottostante. Ho alloggiato in questo hotel in occasione del capodanno e l'accoglienza è stata davvero gradita: super gentile la signora alla reception e un grazie speciale a Stefano che con pazienza e forza ci ha portato su e giù le valigie e ci ha accompagnato con il pick up elettrico da e verso la macchina. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio esterno, non custodito, al di fuori della zona a traffico limitato, cosa che viene compensata da questo servizio offerto. Le camere sono ampie, così come il bagno. L'accesso avviene solo tramite una stretta scala (che ha permesso di rispettare il più possibile la storicità del posto), ma di cui bisogna ovviamente tenere conto. Dalle camere, così come dalle terrazze si gode di una bellissima vista. Non abbiamo potuto approfittare delle terrazze essendo inverno, ma la piscina che si intravedeva, le panche, i tavoli e le piante di limoni presenti, fanno presagire dei bei momenti di relax possibili. Le camere hanno dei beo pavimenti in cotto. Unica pecca è che non tutte le camere hanno il bagno con la finestra e purtroppo dalla ventola di aspirazione arrivava un forte odore di cucina, olio fritto etc. che senza finestre rendeva difficile l'aerazione. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate e quibdi molto silenziose. Molto bello l'allestimento previsto per la sera di capodanno e gentilissima e disponibile l'accoglienza. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax

Esperienza molto bella, anche se è una location più per coppie che per viaggi business. È una villa del '500 situata nel borgo del castello di Buggiano. Dall'autostrada di montecatini sono 10 minuti, però siamo in campagna, tra gli olivi, vista su tutta la valle. Parcheggio poco lontano dall'hotel, cinque minuti a piedi, offrono anche un servizio di navetta per i bagagli. Ambiente ben tenuto, di altri tempi. Camera spaziosa, bagno grande. Pulizia al top, letto comodo, silenzio. La colazione è servita vicino al ristorante, ambiente particolare. Ottima la scelta e la qualità. Il personale è molto gentile, si vede abituato ad un turismo "slow" e di buon livello. Perfetto per un fine settimana di coppia. Molto bello

Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti senza alcun dubbio! Una terrazza fantastica dove ammirare il tramonto coccolati da una piacevolissima atmosfera e da piatti di qualità e ben curati in ogni dettaglio. Personale attento alle necessità del cliente. Non posso che definirlo perfetto!

Als je een droom locatie wilt dan moet je hier zijn. Mooie grote kamers en een betoverende villa. Zwembad in de olijf gaard en eten in een gouden setting. Het eten is zeker een aanrader. Ook het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom. Wij hadden een top verblijf.

Dos parejas, dos habitaciones de la misma categoría, pero una de ellas, la nuestra, con la mitad de tamaño, sin espacio apenas para moverse (entre los pies de la cama y la pared donde además está la televisión había que pasar con cuidado por lo estrecho del espacio). El baño, mínimo y con una presión de agua bastante escasa. La temperatura de la misma variaba continuamente. Tiene un ventanuco de 20x20cm y no hay sitio para depositar los objetos de aseo personal. Es la habitación 400, situada en la segunda planta, hecha al final de la escalera, donde no debería haber ninguna. Podían haber evitado hacer una habitación tan pequeña e incómoda y, sobre todo, con el mismo precio de otras mucho más grandes. Y necesita mantenimiento. Por lo demás, el wifi es malo pero el personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Desayuno y cenas correctas. Acceso muy dificultoso ya que está en una alto y no se puede subir con el coche (bajan a buscar las maletas y los huéspedes en un carrito de golf). Tranquilidad y vistas espectaculares.
