Club Quarters Hotel in Boston

The hotel is very unclean you can see stains on furniture and ceiling, dust on desk and chair. And it doesn’t offer breakfast as advertised. There is no option to purchase on site. There is simply nothing. Service is also terrible. It’s the worst hotel I ever stayed in Boston and not worth the money at all. Will avoid itat all cost.

Good location. Water , tea, coffee for free, which is nice. Breakfast portions are ok, but lacking healthy options. The gym is small but decent. The carpet in the rooms looks like it really needs to be changed. Some slippers would be great .

Nice hotel this. Staff great. Comfy beds. Spacious. Interior a bit tired but couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Adjacent pub/restaurant was nice. Really accommodating for the marathoners, providing a selection of drinks and snacks available to grab the morning of the marathon. Streaming to the TV from our phones was frustrating, as it would periodically disconnect and then it became a pain to reconnect - we gave up trying in the end. Air con a bit noisy.

Great value. Not much of a view out the window, Also, garbage pick up at 4;00 in the morning.

Welcoming staff, nice coffee area with a desk, comfortable

Could do with some updating, particularly the reception and lounge. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We asked for some glasses in reception and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them. The coffee pods in the room weren't topped up every day and one morning, a half used bottle of hand-wash appeared (not ours nor the hotel brand). The doors had big gaps around them letting in a lot of light and noise, especially the bathroom door which had a huge gap at the bottom so not very private.
