The hotel is in a good location close to shops and restaurants in walkable distance. The room was spacious. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing didn’t work properly was the USB ports that charged phone whole night but not fully charged. Most Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a good short stay in Boston.

This is my first time staying in a hotel in the United States. Fortunately, I only need to call the front desk for toiletries. Everything was given generously. The staff explained it very clearly and the experience in all aspects was just right.

Very good. The room is large and clean. The two large beds are just enough for a family of three. The location is very good, you can reach the Freedom Trail and Quincy Market on foot. It's only a few hundred meters away from Chinatown, so it's very convenient to eat Chinese food. Very good choice

There is a reception on the basement floor, and the front desk is upstairs. The room is generally quite good, and the room price/performance ratio is definitely not as good as in China. The advantage is that it is close to the hubs, Downtown Station and Chinatown Station, and there are many restaurants nearby that are easy to access. The room and queen bed were spacious. The downside was that the room was too cold, and the bathroom sink faucet seemed not to have been used for a long time when I first used it. At check-in, I was shocked when Reception told me that housekeeping would be done every 2-3 days. When I asked for a wine glass in the evening, it wasn't answered in a timely manner, so I had no choice but to drink from any cup.
