Old, dated, and basic. Not at all what I expected from a Ritz-Carlton, especially compared to their properties in mainland China or Hong Kong. I'd highly recommend the Four Seasons instead.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.
