The Revolution Hotel

This hotel is located in an affluent neighborhood, so the people around are generally well-mannered, and it feels very safe. However, there are no large supermarkets nearby, which makes it hard to get groceries, and prices are on the higher side. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from Back Bay Station. The rooms don't have private bathrooms; instead, there are shared bathrooms, but they are cleaned very thoroughly and promptly.

The location is great, very close to Chinatown and the Boston Public Library. It's very clean, with simple yet trendy decor that has a unique revolutionary feel. The service is excellent. However, the room is small and the bathroom is outside the room, which feels a bit pricey, but I guess that's the going rate for a central Boston location.

This hotel offers a standardized, industrialized experience, which I found to be excellent. The shared showers and restrooms, serving four rooms, were continuously cleaned by staff, which was also great. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the North Station train/bus station, and also a 20-minute walk from Boston Common/the start of the Freedom Trail. Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away. To get to Harvard University, it's a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste when staying at hotels in the US. The Revolution Hotel offers great value for money. Also, US hotel prices can fluctuate a lot, so it's important to book at the right time and make a quick decision.
