This is a requirement from the building. - The building also require us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. - Must agree to our terms and conditions. - Central heat. - Window AC only in spring and summer. - Subject to Street noise. - This apartment has 2x queen bed, and 1x convertible sofa beds. - Washer and dryer are coin operated in the basement. - Laundromat is 5 minutes walking away. - Parking for 1 CAR ONLY in the driveway. Just make sure you're not blocking anyone. Do not park in the streets, for Boston Residents Parking only. - This apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. - THIS APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH NOISE SENSORS AND CAMERAS OUTSIDE.
