Welcome to this completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit with an open-concept floor plan! Located in Downtown Bothell, you'll enjoy being able to walk to Downtown's restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues! We're also walking distance to UW Bothell and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive. Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, and we do have a couple of memory-foam pillows per bed. The living room is complete with a leather sofa and loveseat, as well as 65" Smart Roku HDTV. Fast WiFi enables you to stream and enjoy a variety of media, including 65+ channels of DirecTV Now. Hardwood flooring throughout the home gives a smart and modern look to the interior. For more than six guests, we do have a nice queen-size air mattress available as well. If you fancy cooking, our home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Prepare your meal and enjoy it either on the island/bar, or in a formal dining room. A brand-new high capacity Samsung washer and dryer complete the space. The home is in a very walkable location, with lots of public transit options right off your doorstep. King Country Metro and Sound Transit buses can take you directly to Downtown Bellevue, Seattle, Lynnwood, or the University of Washington Seattle Campus. If you have a vehicle, there is easy access to I-405 and SR-522 which will take you to Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, and beyond. The area's major employers are very close by: 15 minutes to Google, 20 minutes to Microsoft's Redmond Campus, and 25 minutes to Boeing at Paine Field. Parking is in the driveway, which is shared with the other unit in the duplex (there is enough room for one car per unit); street parking is also available. NW visit We stayed at the duplex or 3 nights , 5 adults. Everything was good. The immediate area is great. Walking ,dining etc..clean. Property has everything. Very nice. Beds were clean and comfortable.Street parking is nice if available. So having a dedicated spot in the driveway was good when street was taken.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The place was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Perfect Spot for Family Visit Master bedroom faces a semi-busy road, so slightly noisy (and a little hard to find second car parking), but otherwise the place was excellent and met all of our needs. Very clean, good kitchen, tv room, and beds.

Visit for a concert at chateau Ste Michelle Perfectly handy location for a visit chateau st Michelle, and their concert venue. The property checked out exactly as described, and was comfortable and clean. Nice little town with some great restaurants. Great proximity for a day visit to Seattle as well

Sibling Getaway Everything was perfect. Great instructions for entry and any need we may have had, clean house and great location for our purpose. It is on a road which had some traffic, so the front bedroom had road noise (didn’t bother me at all). Many things, such as restaurants and a Starbucks, in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable Bothell is a delightful town in the Pacific Northwest. The Modern Remodeled home was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, dinner and even ice cream. The walk along the Sammamish River is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
