I am stuck here with my family. We waited 25 minutes for forks and didn't get any. We waited 15 minutes for dishes. The food is absolutely rubbish. Prison food!!! Everything is handled by security, and you can't talk to the staff here. Earlier a group of thuggish looking Algerians highjacked the swimming pool and spent more than an hour screaming and shouting and diving in the pool, some with their clothes still on. Security did not intervene. It's not safe here. People come here in buses and the hotel seems to be not very selective as it comes to its guest. They would accept any body who's ready to pay. This is a total disaster.

I visited this hotel before in 2018, and it was acceptable. That's why I returned to it when I found a reasonable price for night. However, my experience this time was terrible. I spent two hours waiting for the room, and they sent us to a distant location away from the hotel. The room was old with a TV from the 1980s, and the air conditioner was not working. The biggest disaster was the restaurant. It was a tragedy; there was a long queue for mediocre spaghetti and pastries, and I have no idea why. It took forever just to get a plate. If you decide to go to the beach, it's dirty, and there are no umbrellas. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; stay away from it altogether."

The worst hotel in Tunisia, nothing good to note except the rooms...but the food and the horrible attendance and the location very far from everything really advise against kahwiyin. Square pizzas... ................free I'm not going back

Hôtel horrible à déconseiller restaurant pas propre les assiettes et les couverts sont sales pas de variété même chose tout les jours et très basique en plus des chaînes interminables pour avoir un morceau de poulet les chambre sont normales rien d’exceptionnel propreté négligee piscine propre avec toboggan mais beaucoup de monde et surtout les enfants autre chose personnel archi pas accueillant ne savent même pas parler au clients ( le réceptionniste m’a meme humilié et m’a dit si tu te respecte je te respecte après lui avoir demander si ça aller durer longtemps le Check in ) Bref catastrophique évitez d’y aller même si le prix est bas .

Propreté 5/10 restauration 1/10 piscines 8/10 toboggan 9/10 emplacement 2/10 équipements de la chambre 2/10. Personnel 10/10 Animation 7/10 Au bout d'une semaine dans cet hôtel, je vous dit franchement qu'on repart avec une sensation de frustration, ils doivent vraiment faire un effort considérable dans le volet restauration, on a l'impression de manger dans un resto universitaire, je sais que ce n'est pas un hôtel de haut standing mais là côté bouffe un grand effort doit être entrepris, pour moi c'était la première et dernière fois, je ne recommande pas.

Rien a remarquer à part la bouffe, alors là c'est grave (appart le petit déjeuner standard)!!! même menu tout les jours sans décoration sans diversité (poulet rôti + sardines) tellement on a plus l'envi de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel. le personnel est bon, accueillant, chambre confortable et propre, femme de ménage adorable et super gentille, piscine et toboggan 8/10, en privilège toujours les algériens même au niveau animation et chanson, mais bon, en gros je donne 6/10 (vu la bouffe répétitive et non diversifiée et la l'emplacement médiocre)

حذاري ليس فندقا أصلا بل مجرد مخيم صيفي تجد نفسك وعائلتك محتجزين لا أكل جيد ولا معاملة حسنة ولا غرف مجهزة حذاري منه. فهو لا يحمل 4 نجوم او 3 نجوم بل مجرد مكان سيء لقضاء عطلة. الاكل كله عجائن ومقرونة مع قطعة صغيرة من الدجاج تكرر في الغداء وابعشاء 7 ايام في الاسبوع. الغرف لا تبريد او ثلاجة فيها ولا خدمات للغرف. ولا مشروبات. كله طوابير ووقت طويل لاخذ أي طعام. لا معالق او شوك او صحون. فوضى عارمة في كل مكان. عمال يسبون النزلاء...
