very nice hotel, and very friendly staff, ask it and they will get it for you, also beautiful view over de city, the food is very very nice, and also the bar is very nice. Had a lot of fun with the bartenders :))

Very disappointing, especially the food which is quite basic and expensive. The wines are extremely expensive for basic wine. Breakfast just OK, but chaotic! Tried phoning the hotel 60 times the days before visiting and nobody answers. There is a message saying call back, but when calling back they still don't answer. Not very reassuring!

The rooms are basic and a bit tired but the views are fabulous. Dinner was good but breakfast was a bit basic. Free motorbike parking out the front. Downstairs is very nice with good staff. It would be a long hard walk to any other restaurant up and.down a.steep Hill.

Hotel Panorama is a great place to stay, a peaceful place with a short walking distance from the lovely city of Bouillon. Hotels name doesn't lie, the view over Bouillon is breath-taking. The rooms are big and clean, the personal is very professional and friendly, and the kitchen is extraordinary. It's very easy to add that "We'll be back!"

Hotel de charme et personnel sympathique, idéal pour un weekend romantique. Le petit déjeuner au top avec produits frais et locaux et la responsable de salle très attentionnée. Le mini bar, bien que minimaliste, était inclus dans le prix ainsi que des capsules café. J'y ai passé un agréable séjour avec une vue panoramique sur Bouillon. Toutefois, on demande un supplément de 80€ pour bénéficier d'un accès à la piscine et au spa pour 1h30. Nous n'avons donc pas opté pour ce service, bien trop cher. Le prix de la chambre était de 266€ pour une nuit, petit déjeuner compris (2p + 1 enfant)!. Dommage qu'il faille déjà libérer la chambre pour 10h, 11 voir 12h étant plus approprié pour un dimanche... J'en garde toutefois un bon souvenir.

Séjour juste parfait pour notre st Valentin, Week end complet avec souper (vendredi & samedi) avec petit dej les 2 jours également .. accès privatif au spa en soirée au top ! Je recommande cet hôtel , la vue est époustouflante ! Merci au personnel ! :)

Personnel aux petits soins, chambre correct (bien que le matelas soit un peu tendre à mon goût), baignoire jacuzzi dans la chambre ça faisait une éternité que j avais pas pris de bain. Spa pas donné (80€ pour 1,5h) mais arrangement possible. Très bon rapport qualité prix dans l ensemble, nous reviendrons.

Je recommande vivement,propreté,amabilité du personnel et la cuisine est exceptionnelle. Un chef hors du commun. La vue de la chambre est magnifique. Ne pas prendre la chambre promo(vu affreuse et chère pour ça)la différence de 14€ vaut le choix d’une chambre avec vue sur la vallée
