Quiet Queenstown and convenient RER station

我很滿意這次的住宿體驗，雖然不是星級酒店，但無論從前台、客房服務還是餐廳服務人員，每一位都和藹友善。尤其是我的女兒吃完早餐把pad忘記在餐桌上了，等出門玩到天黑才想起來，以為肯定沒有了，讓我們驚喜的是一回到酒店，前台就示意我們過去，把pad交給了我，感動，真贊！我很想買束鮮花送到前台，但是第二天在鎮上找了一圈都沒有找到鮮花店，如果有機會我還是會送花過去的。

We knew this hotel before its takeover by the Accor/Ibis group. Very good hotel, renovated and spacious rooms, nice bathroom and quiet when you overlook the rear of the building or the courtyard side. Hotel well located in the center of Bourg La Reine, 5 minutes from the RER. The only downside since the takeover is that prices have increased by 40%: from €119 to €167 (breakfast included). The stickers added to the entrance doors of the rooms are expensive!!. Afterwards, hoteliers are surprised that customers will look for AirB solutions!!! . We have not been in this state of mind until now, but given that we come back regularly to Bourg La Reine, we are seriously considering this accommodation solution.

Friendliness is there. The rooms are stylish and spacious. The little extra for the parking (paying) in the secure basement which is a luxury in this kind of place where places are scarce. The breakfast is worth its price. The cleaning is done every day and is well done.

Staff available and welcoming, at the entrance and at the breakfast service. Clean room but not very big. Large screen and many channels. Quiet night on the courtyard side. Hearty breakfast. Good bedding. Price in relation.

The passage right next to Alixia Hotel is very dirty, towels, discarded masks, cans and plastic bags on the ground. The hotel does not care about the cleanliness of the passage which is located right next to the hotel. In addition, there are often high school students eating and shouting in the passage, just below the hotel windows.
