Logis Hôtel & Restaurant - les Bords de Seine

Adorable! We absolutely loved this place, it was so charming and the staff were lovely. Pretty easy to find, parking on site. Walked around the river and the village. We were there long enough to visit the castle nearby but we would have if had time.

The restaurant food was excellent! The bed is small and pillows not very comfortable. The room is outdated. The location is excellent with a nice walk along. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Go for the view, not the hotel itself You go there for the view and location—a picturesque village near Giverny/Monet’s Garden. The hotel is located on the Seine and the view is beautiful. The rooms themselves, while small, are adequate and up to date. It is just that the hotel itself needs a facelift—the building interior is a bit dated. Price is fair for what you get, and as far as I can tell, they are the only hotel in town.

The hotel was in an excellent location - a very pretty village, with a chateau and walks along the riverbank. Easy driving distance to Money’s garden in Giverny, other chateaux and beautiful countryside. It has a good bar and restaurant, with staff who are very friendly and helpful. The main building itself was very good, but the annexe along the road was fairly ‘tired’ looking, and lacked attention to detail. Several small faults including missing light bulbs, toilets broken, beds not made properly, shower gels not replenished etc. If booking a room, I would suggest stipulating that you only wish to stay in the main building, not the annexe, then you will have an excellent stay.

I had booked this hotel for 3 nights, but checked out after 2, as this is massively overrated hotel and prices for €89 a night without breakfast, is far to much! the room was dated and looked like nothing was done since the seventies, the first morning, no hot water, freezing cold, so did not get a shower, told the reception, the Young receptionist was ok, but the manager/owner, didn’t really care, and didn’t speak English, spoke back to me in French, in general not a very kind person, stay away folks, it’s just a moneymaking machine! By the way, they got a sign for WiFi in the room, but there is absolutely no WiFi, and even the receptionist said, there is no WiFi!! A rip off!

Wonderful. A beautiful hotel in one of the most beautiful villages in France. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What more do you need to say?
