Estuary Hideaway Holiday Park

We visited after some time, sadly the lawns are awful. The lawns were something that set the park apart from many others. The park otherwise has good facilities, good ablution block and, always lovely to see the possums. Please water the lawns, never seen them so bad. Rating based on lawns only

We stayed for two nights with our 2 kids - 6 and 8. We had a beautiful shady unpowered site which was really spacious with lots of room for the kids to run around. We forgot our mozzie repellent and the lovely lady at reception let us borrow the staff repellent until the next morning before we went to buy some! Absolutely brilliant staff!! And the showers are amazing! So hot and powerful even at peak times! Highly recommend staying here! Incredibly clean communal areas, wonderful staff, beautiful pool and playground. Will definitely be back asap!!

What a great place to stay. The park staff are fantastic nothing too much trouble . Fire pits provided delivered to your door. Fish and chips when mobile unit visit are well worth it. Highly recommended do not drive past to go else where you will be very disappointed. Bore water but containers provided to fill with drinking water

We were a last minute booking, and what a wonderful spot! So good we ended up staying another night. A big shout out to Wendy and Andrew for making us feel like we were the only ones staying there. So much kindness shown. Nothing is too much trouble. Lots of lovely trees. Spotless amenities. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the park. Well maintained grounds, friendly, helpful staff, awesome campers kitchen and clean bathroom facilities. Can't fault this place. Love that we could take our pup along to. Thanks for having us.

We’re those people that come down in crabbing season and no other time. I don’t think we’re alone. I’ve noticed the last year or two the place seems to get better and better. This year I noticed the huge effort they made to have a crabbing competition, kids events, sausage sizzles and a live band. You don’t get this in many caravan parks! In particular I can say the usual bore water smell in the ablutions wasn’t noticeable like previous years, there seemed to be a lot more green grass, and the staff were a lot friendlier and more relaxed. Great caravan park with a sandy track to launch your dinghy and catch as many crabs as you can eat 😊
