Great location affordable price but as there is no reception lack of service. There is supposed to be 24/7 emergency support but when I called because I locked myself out no one answered. Luckily I had access to my messages on my smart watch which had my pin.

I was surprised to discover upon arrival that this is a completely self-service hotel – a fact not mentioned in the listing. Without any reception, we had to manage everything ourselves, which wasn’t what we expected. The bigger issue was cleanliness: our room had Stained surfaces, and an unpleasant odor in dishwasher. While the location was convenient, the overall experience fell far short of standards for the price paid. Future guests should be aware this is unstaffed and may require extra effort to make the stay comfortable
