本人於7月20日入住，地板起皮，環境臟亂！
在7月21日凌晨四點半之後，附近停車場車輛報警器損壞，每隔十分鐘報警30秒！酒店隔音效果極差無比！嚴重影響我睡眠，導致我一整夜沒睡！在與前台溝通無果後，本人想聯繫經理，但被告知經理八點才上班。也就是説在這之前，我衹能忍受？我是消費者，我想我來亳州遊玩，這不應當是我承受的！8點20分之後，酒店經理仍然未主動與我溝通，我無奈打前台電話聯繫到經理。
我的訴求是，退還當天的房費，並賠償我150元在別處訂房的價格，外加150元精神損失費。我因為一夜沒睡，嚴重影響了我出行計劃，我覺得退還房費+300元賠償合情合理，屬於正當訴求，並未獅子大開口！
酒店經理的迴應是，延長退房時間，加賠償30元，然後加免費的早餐供應……
我覺得酒店的態度極其惡劣，面對我合理的訴求，酒店選擇迴避。本人無奈下報警處理，警察到達後協商無果，本人決定不再索要賠償，開始走法律路線，對酒店進行一系列曝光，也撥打了12345，尋求法律的幫助，請求相關部門對酒店進行處罰！
希望大家來亳州訂酒店時，可以擦亮眼睛，避開這家酒店！

五一一家三口自駕400公里來亳州旅行，提前定了這家。首先，好評下，位置很好，停車便捷，服務態度挺不錯，需要什麼立刻就能送來。
缺點的話，第一，右牀頭櫃壞了，整個系統都是傾斜，無法放置手機紙巾水杯等用品。雖然提前預訂的房間，我是最後一個到的客人，所以沒法調換房間。第二，有兩個枕頭有明顯的頭油味，估計是標間保潔衹更換了有明顯使用痕跡的枕套，我反應後，半夜又送來了新的枕套。第三，兩張床的床墊不一致，應該是有個床墊放了另外一面，不算缺點，但是明顯感受到彈簧，睡起來舒適感大打折扣，另一張床完美。第四，牙刷全部都是黑色的，一家三口不好區分。我們把其中一個用過的牙刷裝在套子裏，下午回來發現牙刷被收緊了小抽屜裏，當做未使用牙刷。其餘用過的牙刷被扔掉了，又重新要了2牙刷。
優點就是位置好，停車好，價格合適。五一期間150均價，還要啥自行車。不遠就是白衣巷，吃的很多。

9樓有洗衣房，洗衣設施是滾筒洗衣機，洗衣粉也有，然後旁邊就有一個頂樓的那種。晾曬區有繩子，可以直接曬衣服，能照到太陽，不錯。

衞生：可以 晚上9點到亳州，沒有合適的酒店，隨機選擇了格林豪泰，可能以前住的多是這個品牌，非常信任，免費送了早餐，升級了房型。
