The hotel's prime location on Canberra's main street is a definite plus. My room, although small, was clean and included a water tank. The shared public bathrooms were also well-maintained, offering essential facilities and clean showers. The only significant downside was the noise level. Being situated along a main road meant that traffic noise was noticeable, particularly in the evening.

Excellent service and a fair bit of space for individuals. Close to transport and a large number of good shops are within walking distance. Comfortable and basically warm rooms. Great if you want to get work done.

The room fits the double bed but not spacious. The light is not bright and one curtain fell off on the second day. However, the maintenance man was eager to help and that was good! Like to common area on ground level. Location is excellent!

Environment: The hotel is conveniently located and quiet, suitable for short-term stay, but some facilities are old and the overall atmosphere is average. 3. Service: The receptionist is friendly, but the response speed needs to be improved, and the service efficiency is average. 4. Facilities: The infrastructure is complete, but some equipment (such as air conditioners and electrical appliances) are old and the use experience is average.

Located next to the tram, 20 minutes walk to the city center and 3 minutes by tram. The environment is big enough and the surrounding area is quiet. You need to swipe the access card to go up and down the stairs, and you can cook for yourself.
