Staff was supportive but room was horrendous. Upon entering the room we encountered 2.5 inch cakroach and few min later it was 1.5 inch cave cricket, left immediately and got full refund for which we got AirB&B for less with all amenities and beach chairs and beach tuys for our 10 and 14 year olds

Very mixed: would have requested new room if we had been staying more than a short 1 night. PROS: Staff was courteous and friendly, breakfast was delicious. Beds very clean and comfortable, pool access room wonderful! CONS: Room was in just ok condition - carpet was visibly worn and had musty / wet smell that didn't improve with time. Might have been refrigerator too?

Heavy scent as you walked in hotel of perfume that gave me a headache right from when I walked in. The room was outdated, chipping paint on the walls of bathroom. Bugs in room.
