Disappointed
We booked a room with 1 double bed and one single or twin bed in the same room, the hotel on the other hand seemed not to be aware of that and after being sent in a room with only one double bed we needed to change rooms, the advertised pool is empty, the breakfast is good, overpriced for what you get.

Hotel antiquado, a necessitar de intervenções urgentes. Péssimo isolamento acústico, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos quartos contíguos. Pequeno almoço pouco variado, acrescido de que a funcionária, bastante sisuda e deseducada, com maus modos, manda os clientes sair da sala às 10.15h, quando entraram às 10h (hora limite de entrada na sala). Atendimento pouco simpático. O preço pago não se justifica em nenhum aspeto. Não recomendamos, não voltaremos.

Apesar de bem muito bem localizado, mesmo encostado ao rio tua, e do atendimento ser simpático e eficiente, achei um hotel já algo ultrapassado. Os quartos estavam asseados nas são claramente já antigas assim como as WC. Pequeno almoço com boa oferta. Achei que a relação qualidade preço não se justificava

A minha estada neste hotel , que eu conheço e onde sempre fico hospedado desde a sua nascença, e sempre que me desloco a Mirandela, a minha Cidade, correu muito bem. Tive pena que a piscina ainda não estivesse em funcionamento, pois o tempo esteve muito bom e merecia um mergulho. Fica para a próxima.

Grande Hotel D. Dinis. Uma nova gerência Urgente
O Grande Hotel D. Dinis requer uma manutenção profunda ao nível de conforto, staff, qualidade dos pequenos almoços, limpeza das zonas comuns (garagem é uma lástima). Enfim uma nove gerência seria o ideal já que o potencial é grande, mas os actuais proprietários não têm habilitações nem visão para o negócio hoteleiro.

Apesar da localização ser boa, aconteceu um episódio muito chato ao qual o gerente já tinha conhecimento da situação e é o tal “deixar andar até acontecer algo grave”. Os quartos (sim mais que um) tinham MORCEGOS a sair pelas condutas do ar condicionado. Morcegos a passear pelos corredores. Morcegos escondidos nas cortinas. Apesar do gerente tentar resolver a situação, ao hospedar-nos noutro andar, esse mesmo andar também tinha morcegos no corredor. Uma situação grave devido a todos os riscos sanitários e à saúde associados a esses animais.
