The location is excellent, with the Rhine River in front and Bonn University behind. It is also very close to Beethoven's former residence, a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel interior has been renovated, and the rooms are small. The facilities are a bit old, especially the elevator. It is the first time I have seen manual door opening and closing, which is a style from decades ago. The hotel staff is very good. Toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and kettle all need to be asked from the front desk separately. It is about 3 stars in China.

The river view is beautiful. The room is large and the sanitation is very good. You don’t need to plug in the power when you check in. Note that you only need to open the red button to turn on the power. ￼ There is no light by the river at night, so I can see that there is a dark outside, which is a pity ￼

Ein großartiges Hotel. Wir haben online gebucht und hatten 2 Suiten und ein Einzelzimmer. Dank der sehr netten Rezeptionistin hat man auf Seiten des Hotels eine Top Lösung für uns gefunden. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür.

What a beautiful hotel with a chic look and friendly staff. Small mistake at check-in because we got the card for a room where the bed linen was messed up and didn't seem to have been cleaned. The room we were assigned afterwards was clean and had a lovely bed and a spacious bathroom with a good shower.

We would have liked a small mini fridge in the room (but hey, you can't have everything). We found it a disadvantage that the Chromecast didn't want to connect to our phones and unfortunately there were no apps installed on the TV such as Netflix (then we could have logged in with our own details). So watching TV was therefore not possible.

Breakfast in the hotel is really great and extensive and there is a spacious and clean sauna in the hotel. You can sit comfortably in the bar and enjoy delicious cocktails.
