Hotel as such is perfect but WiFi in the room was VERY poor/slow.

A great hotel for the price of accommodation, the staff were very respectful, and especially the staff and the reception staff, we arrived about 11 a.m. and yet we handed the room. I recommend it.

The room was nicely decorated, the size was decent, and overall, everything felt reasonably good.
However, there were quite a few downsides that made me unsure about the overall experience.
Room service was very limited, and the air conditioner had a slight odor (not too strong, but noticeable).
There was a small gap in the window, so the room heated up quickly once the AC was turned off.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing and lacked flavor.

The location is excellent, close to Red Sea attractions and the Red Sea Mall. The airport is just over 10 kilometers away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast guy was very helpful and helpful, explaining the dishes attentively. The room was a bit messy, so I used the sofa area outside the breakfast area, which is connected to the gym, to store food and drinks. It was a nice place to escape the sun and enjoy the breeze.

Quiet laid back Hotel. Big room. Relatively new bedding and towels. Nice design. There was a Microwave in the room which was surprising. Still a bit pricy for what is actually offered. Breakfast was good. 
The Wifi connection in the room was horrible which was really annoying , and they don't seem to be bothered about fixing it as they just send a worker to reset the router. 
Propably because it's not an issue for the mostly Saudi guests who already have their Data service, but if you are a visitor you will struggle with this.

Beautiful and quiet. 
It's a special location.
Reexperience him again.

Excellent hotel.
They need to pay more attention to customer service, including the number of complimentary drinking water.
They also need to take time to inspect the room at checkout.

The standard room doesn't have a sitting area.
They should upgrade customers during off-season.
