Love the cleanliness of this place! Although the room was small, typical of most hotels in Japan, it was very clean and comfortable. 24 hours water and green tea at the lobby for refill, free of charge. Walking to distance to Ueno takes about 10-15mins. Family mart, 7-11, all nearby. Walking distance to Ameyoko street and OiOi mall. Overall a wonderful place!

Hotel location is not far from JR Shin-Osaka station within walking distance. It’s also pretty close to Osaka metro exit 7. Service staffs are very nice with great hospitality. Room amenities are sufficient and in good function. There are many restaurants and minimarts like Family Mart and Seven-Eleven near the hotel. 

Even the hotel is close to train stations, we haven’t heard disturbances from train.

The room is small but typical of Japanese rooms. The hotel was very clean and had excellent service which allowed us to leave our baggages before and after checkout. Our room was equipped with pajamas, hair dryer, kettle, etc. The staff asks if you need room cleaning and a change of towels. Something to keep in mind for accessibility is the high step to the bathroom.

2 stops from Stratford which is a major interchange. It's a better Interchange to the Elizabeth linel to the airport compared to others on the Central line.  It's a basic hotel with just a clean bed.  If that's your expectation, you are fine. No mini fridge,  no bathroom amenities like toothbrush and shaver and no complimentary drinking water after the first check in.  I asked and was told only 2 bottles regardless of length of stay.  However,  you can get hot water and tea in the reception area.

Reception  staff was great though.
