Facilities:
There was breakfast but I didn't eat it. People here get up late and like to drink coffee and bask in the sun at noon. A cup of coffee in the cafe next to the hotel costs about 3e, which is very affordable. Because there are many universities nearby, the literary atmosphere is overwhelming. The attractions are concentrated. The subway is Line M7. It takes about 4 minutes to walk down the slope from the hotel entrance to the end. There is also a self-service coin-operated laundry shop on this road.
Hygiene: It will not be cleaned every day. Even if you ask for it to be cleaned, there is nothing to do because it is too small.
Environment: There are various literary cafes and French restaurants outside the door, and the atmosphere is strong.
Service: There are two male managers at the front desk, one of whom is named Alexander, and the other one I forgot his name. They are all very gentlemanly and can communicate in English. Full smile.
Mine avoidance:
The nearest sushi restaurant to the hotel is about 30 meters down the left opposite the door. It is super unpalatable. There will be a shop that smokes leaves there at night, which is legal. It is not as chaotic as it is said at night. There are many students in this area and the public security is very good. When drinking water in a restaurant, you have to ask the waiter for free water, otherwise they will give you a bottle of some cloud water equivalent to 40 meters, which is really a rip-off.

The hotel was modern. It had free coffee at the reception and they do address some minor issues almost immediately. My heater wasn’t working and they fixed it. I called the receptions and he personally went up to check. They also arranged cabs for me to get to the location where I wanted to go. The reception staff is very friendly. The maintenance staff was okay but maybe they could smile a bit. I am friendly but I got the feeling the cleaning staff was too busy to smile back. 

The location is closed to Montmarte but you have to hike for maybe 20-30 mins. If you are up for it, it would be a good exercise. There are restaurants 

The only downside for me is the space. The room I was in was tiny. My standard check in luggage was big enough to occupy a walking space. The hallway was also tiny and the elevator could maybe only accommodate four to five people. If the cleaners were around, you would have to wait a while for the elevator. Though the stairs are there for you to use if you’d like. 

Overall it was okay. A good place to stay for a night or two if you are planning to go around Montmarte.

The room is small and the bed is only 0.9M. But there is bottled water in the room, which is very reassuring. If you are going to watch a game at San Siro Stadium or go to the center of Milan, the transportation is very convenient.

Everything was good. The receptionist were all so welcoming and very friendly. The room was excellent!

I just really don’t like how the waiter treated us when we came to have breakfast at 10:37 am (the breakfast time was 07:00 to 11:00). 
We asked if we could still get something before the closing time, he seemed really disappointed and a bit mad but still they said it was ok.
He was just looking at us, then when we were at the coffee machine he told us “just make it quick!” 
We got coffee and a mini Brioche then left quickly, it wasn’t even 10 minutes, but we were so uncomfortable about him looking at us and seemed so pissed about us arriving at that time. We’re sorry for the inconvenience for the staff at the breakfast area but it says when it’s sunday, it will be close at 11am we didn’t think you’ll start cleaning at 10:30 and if you had a problem with us arriving late, we’re really sorry but you could’ve said that you can’t accept us anymore, or at least you could’ve talked to us in a better way and tell us to be as fast as possible.

Although the room is a bit dated, the windows can be opened for ventilation, which almost completely eliminates any musty smells from the old facilities. The hotel tries its best to be perfect; as soon as you enter, it feels warm and welcoming, like a home away from home. The ambiance is great and quite stylish. Parking is very convenient. If your luggage is too heavy, I'd recommend getting a room on the first floor, otherwise, you'll have to carry it yourself. Breakfast is filling enough.
