The room was spacious and bright, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Thanks to the Trip.com package, I received a 'Lucky Bird Carrying Fragrance' mooncake gift box upon check-in, which was a heartwarming touch right before the Mid-Autumn Festival. They offer a shuttle service to Disneyland, but if you want more flexibility with your visit, you'll need to take a taxi.

This is my second stay here. While it's a bit far from the city center, it's super, super close to Hongqiao Airport and the high-speed train station. The first time I stayed, the front desk lady upgraded my room for free. This time, I booked two consecutive nights for my trip to Shanghai, and all their services were exceptional. Today, the front desk gentleman was incredibly sharp. I was heading to the gym but forgot my room key. He saw me, immediately came over to help, and solved the problem with an amazing attitude. He even helped us with a late check-out. I'll definitely be staying here again next time! I just love their service so much!

The room is clean and hygienic. The lobby is spacious and bright. The music is nice. There are robots delivering meals. The service attitude of front desk A is super good.

Super good hotel that worth the money. The room is specious, modern, and clean. Location is a bit far and no public transport, but hotel provides shuttle from/to airport and Disneyland. The only thing I would like to suggest for improvement is the shortage of staff. During the night time there was only staff with many guests, including tour group. Hence, we had to wait a bit long even it was 4am.

I specially chose a star hotel close to the airport from the Internet. The price is very high. Xiaowan at the front desk was very enthusiastic to ask my hotel preferences in advance. The room sister helped me prepare buckwheat pillows. It was really intimate. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I have 2 friends, the restaurant's double meal is suitable for us, the taste is also very good for us to put less peppers. Opposite the hotel is the Lijiang River, that is, I didn't go there on rainy days, the scenery is good!

Pleasantly Spacious Rooms, Stunning Breakfast Views, but Bus Stop Location Needs Improvement
This hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms for the price point, which was a definite plus. While my room on a lower floor didn't have the sea view mentioned in some descriptions, I found it comfortable and well-sized.
A true highlight was the breakfast on the 21st floor. The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day.
The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable.
The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience.
