the hotel is very very good. it's beyond my expectation...
Actually we choose this hotel from very high reviews. But i have some afraid that it might be over rate reviews, but once we stay in this place. Everything here is good as other was reviewed . the mattress and pillows was the best.i even open the inside to check what is the material they use for the pillow.it really good.  we found that this place is very worth for the money, they provide afternoon tea, breakfast also the dumping at night. this hotel is the best in our whole trip in inner mongolia

The room was very satisfied, there was free parking, the parking was particularly spacious, and the staff helped with the luggage when they entered the lobby. The service was particularly good and thoughtful. They also helped pour hot tea and hot towels. The room is very spacious, the facilities and equipment are very convenient to use, the bathroom is dry and wet separation, very convenient to use, the mattress is a high-end mousse mattress, more suitable for the human body curve. There is also breakfast. Breakfast is Inner Mongolian characteristics, Mongolian milk tea, Mongolian sheep miscellaneous steamed siu mai, etc., the variety is particularly rich, very delicious, the front desk service work is particularly enthusiastic, special professional, and also help introduce corporate culture. I like the design of your hall very much. It is relatively high-end and high-end. The main thing is that the staff service is better. The room also has free laundry and ironing services. I temporarily booked this hotel because of my passport. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not only indifferent, she didn't even say ”Hello”, the most basic courtesy in the service industry. ! At first glance, it seems that they have not received professional training, which shows that the hotel is lacking in management. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. But it cannot make up for the lack of management.

I needed a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered the room. The two ladies on duty were very helpful. They changed my room and opened the window for ventilation. Thank you for their help!

The breakfast was very good. The master chefs were all around. When they noticed that extra dishes were needed, they took care of it immediately, giving people a warm and professional feeling. The breakfast options are also good, including authentic haggis soup, milk tea, buckwheat noodles with mutton soup or tomato soup, very delicious!

This hotel is really amazing! The new Chinese decoration style is very charming, and it feels very elegant when you enter the door. The most amazing thing is the oversized floor-to-ceiling landscape window. During the day, you can see the city's traffic and the moving night view at night. It is a visual feast. I got up early to watch the sunrise and sunset, and the light and shadow were super healing in the room. Lying on the mousse mattress for a second sleep, heating the toilet is also a plus. The breakfast in Inner Mongolia in the morning was very authentic and the milk tea was delicious. The service is nothing to say, warm and caring, and I will stay here next time!

The best hotel in Xuejiawan, no doubt about it. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, with advanced facilities, thoughtful service, and great breakfast 👍, especially the freshly wrapped and steamed siu mai, which is very good 👍. The service staff are well-trained. I hope that the facilities can be well maintained and the service level can be maintained for a long time.

Yunyi Zizai was such a pleasant surprise! The location is excellent, close to the shopping district. The rooms are spacious with Mousse mattresses, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the smart amenities are a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offers Inner Mongolian specialties like shaomai and lamb offal soup, and the afternoon tea is exquisite. The service was impeccable throughout my stay. It's my top choice for business trips or leisure travel~

I've never been so eager to give a bad review before. I always think everyone has their struggles and I just let things slide. I stayed at the Yunyi Zizai Hotel in Ordos before, and it was excellent in every way, so I always stay there when I'm in Hohhot. But both hotels I stayed at were just so-so.

I arrived at this hotel around 4:10 PM and was assigned a room. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with a pungent smell of smoke. I tried to call to change rooms, but no one answered. I went downstairs to change rooms, only to be told they weren't ready yet and I'd have to wait half an hour. I didn't arrive in the morning or at noon; I arrived at 4 PM. After waiting half an hour, I finally got in. Apparently, the so-called ”smoke-free” treatment was just opening the windows and using an extremely pungent and strong spray. I had no choice but to leave the windows open for four or five hours in nearly -20°C weather. I went out for a bit, and when I came back, the door wouldn't open. I called the front desk again, but still no one answered. I think the hotel itself is good, but the service is truly terrible. The breakfast food quality was as good as always, although the restaurant was rather small. The breakfast staff were very nice! But then the front desk came up again. I redeemed a breakfast with points on Ctrip, and they said they couldn't see the order. The front desk staff in the morning handled it very quickly, just asking me to add another breakfast and hoping I'd give them a good review. I thought about it and something felt off, since I redeemed it with points.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this superior bed room really makes me feel comfortable. The air conditioner is just adjusted, the temperature is moderate, and the noise is almost not heard. The staff responded quickly and kindly to questions, giving people a relaxed feeling. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and I slept very well at night. The surrounding environment is quiet, and the birdsong in the distance can be heard in the morning. Nature and tranquility coexist, which is indeed a good place to relax. The facilities are complete, small to electric kettle, large to the gym, and very thoughtful. The service staff is also very warm and attentive, and will choose here next time.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly! Since I made a last-minute solo booking, she went out of her way to help me compare room types to find one that offered the best value for money. Noticing I was feeling down, she even gave me a rose! I'm writing this review because I truly appreciate her service, and I hope she gets to see it!

Also, a big plus is that the bathroom comes with disposable toilet seat covers – 80% of the higher-end hotels I've stayed in don't even offer this service. What's more, it's a fully automatic toilet, which is very convenient to use.

The breakfast was also excellent and well-prepared. It's one of those business hotel breakfasts that offers a wide variety of choices and meticulously prepared dishes. Enjoying such a breakfast truly brightened my day.

The surrounding environment is wonderful. Unlike other roadside business hotels, this one is nestled within a courtyard, with a front lawn and parking available at the back, making it a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city. There's also a private dining restaurant in the courtyard (which I didn't get a chance to try). This makes it highly suitable for business trips or entertaining guests.
