This was a horrible room. The property called a few days before check-in (when it was too late to find another room) and told us they were under construction so enter through the back entrance. That was okay, they have to take care of things. But the hall smelled like smoke from the workers. Our room smelled overwhelming strong like mildew. The sheets were very thin and everything felt moist in the room. It was difficult to relax and sleep because it was so uncomfortable and stinky. There were drops of dried blood on the toilet seat. I had to use sanitizer wipes to clean it myself. We will never stay here again. It was definitely not worth the price when there are other options in the area that are so much nicer.

I liked the spacious room, the friendliness of staff, and the convenient location to other places we went.. I did appreciate the staff, and their attempts to make the stay go well. I suspect they are all facing the very difficult task of making guests happy. They deserve something extra for treating people with kindness, in the face of adversity. I did NOT like the renovation going on, and not knowing about it before arriving. It made being there somewhat difficult. Also, did NOT like the breakfast, although I realize there were limited options.

The property was remodeling. ******* didn't tell us this. When we arrived at the hotel, it was the first thing they mentioned that ******* should have told us. Its a good thing they are remodeling, it is ready for it. musty smell in the room, carpet felt odd walking on it, stain on the couch in the room. Definitely didn't live up to the 9+ rating on *******. This was July 2025, so check if the remodel is finished before going.

Never again I reserved a room with handicap acc bathroon w/ walk in shower with a seat 6 months earlier. When we arrived they told us our room was a standard room with a tub on the fifth floor . When I complained that was not what I paid for I was told that due to the fact I reserved the room thru ********** I didnt have a choice. Then they sudenly found a room like I had reserved on the first floor. The floor in the bathroom was filthy and sticky. The hotel is under renovation on the main floor so breakfast was a take out joke. The hotel clearly should of been closed untill remodeling was done!!! Never again at any Hampton Inn will we stay!!!!

It was disgusting. There were stains in the furniture and on the pillow cases. I'm greatful we brought our own pillows. The hallways were so hot and humid and the consteuction noise was horrid. No one warned us there would be construction going on. The main lobby is closed and they greet you in the back door. They served breakfast in a laundry room. The bed sheets didnt even fit the king sized bed they had in the room

Hotel was undergoing a major renovation. In order to get better, things need to be a little messy and scrunched. The Breakfast was minimal compared to a breakfast you'd expect at Hampton Inn, but it worked for 1 morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location. I'm sure the hotel will be even better after their remodel is complete.
