Staff was friendly and very accommodating when the first room I was assigned was found not to have been cleaned. The floor of the second room I was assigned was very slippery. I felt very unsafe attempting to walk on it but I spent very time in the room. The breakfast was ok. The hotel in general is very dated. The lamp only had one outlet for cell phone charging and there were three of us. The wall outlets were so loose they would not hold the chargers.

The stay was very nice and quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t get room service everyday.

It was very quiet and the staff was very helpful.
Very minor thing but the tub wasen't draining when I took a shower so I pulled the plug out. It had hair on it.

Mini-vacation
We were on a trip during off-season so no breakfast available but that wasn’t an issue for us.
The heater in the room had a hard time keeping up due to the extreme cold and snow on ground.

Reservations and check in were easy. RC was very friendly and made sure we new exactly were are room was located and that juices and coffee were available 24/7. Upon entering the room we discovered it was clean but the jacuzzi tub was a lot smaller then expected.

Room was great. They didnt have breakfast because "its off season". Which one of the reasons i picked this hotel was for breakfast...

Check in was ran by a teenage kid. We was placed on the top floor with a group of High School kids who was all over the halls, late at night kids running up and down the halls and in and out the stair doors, called management and nothing was done, usually we don't mind but we was there on business and needed the sleep. Man over looking the breakfast kept rushing everyone and shut down the drinks before everyone was done using them. Tried to keep an open mind but the rudeness over powered it.

Great place!!
The service was hreat and very friendly. Our rm eas clean and had plenty of rm. Frig and microwave was included. The bed was a little too firm for me and the pillows were too hard. But that was the only negative. The breakfast was amazing!!

Check-in was a nightmare.
Room was very clean. Beds were great! Check in was a nightmare! The guy was very rude.i called on the way there to ask a question he was very rude on the phone and also rude to us upon arrival. When we would ask a question he was hateful like we were a big bother to him. Due to the check in process we will not go back. The lady who checked us out at 6:30 a.m. the following morning was very pleasant.
