Club Wyndham Branson at The Falls

Branson is a great vacation destination. So much to do and see. Club Wyndham is a great place to stay and come back to after going into town and enjoying the many activities there. The activities director, Cowboy Johnny, at Club Wyndham went all out to make the resort a fun place to stay. He does a show that is fun to watch. Bingo out by one of the pools was a blast! The cheese and wine sampling, the movie room, and other activities just made it a pleasure to stay there. The room was nice and well maintained. The view of the pond, the ducks and geese, the landscape, and the night accent lighting was just relaxing to see and experience. I used the Blackstone grill for the first time in my life and my wife said that the steaks were the best she ever tasted.. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was having an issue with our tablet PC and one young man in particular taught me how to address the problem in case I had problems in the future. The people who work there must really love their jobs. You can tell by the joy they radiate. Would I stay there again in the future? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you Club Wyndham for the great memories!

Branson at The Falls facilities were very good! Quality room size, furniture, appliances and other furnishings. Very convenient location for accessing and experiencing the multitude of entertainment and dining options in Branson.

We had a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. We found the room to be in good shape, and well equipped. The AC unit was powerful and kept the unit cool. We found it convenient to have a washer/dryer right in the unit. The only negative was there was a 2 inch gap between the floor and the connecting door. We were able to see the sunlight shining under the gap. We rolled up a pool towel and put it at the bottom of the door. The other unit was not occupied for most of our stay which was a positive. Our last day/night had a couple move into the other unit. You could hear the TV, their conversations, and their every movement. Resort was located close to the action. We are not sure if we would stay here again due to the noise from the other unit. We would if there was no other options.

Clean and spacious accommodation. Courteous hosts. No breakfast; however, condo is equipped with full kitchen with a garbage disposal, dishes, and silverware. Condo has a washer and dryer. It has two televisions, so it is almost like having two bedrooms with two entries to the bathroom. Condo has a balcony.

While in Hawaii, we attended a timeshare spiel and got a week in Branson as an award. We ended up at The Falks in a studio unit. The Falls has NO pool or other typical amenities. You gave “access” to these by driving to another nearby Wyndham property. We are staying for a week. No Wifi! Supposedly, it is being worked on. On day five we still have no WiFi, and we understand this problem is routine for The Falls. When we checked in, we were offered a $30 voucher to a restaurant and a free show for attending a timeshare presentation. We have done this all over the U.S. and never experienced the pressure we endured here . They just wouldn’t accept “no” for an answer. We were told at checkin that the presentation to get our award would be a “video to update us on our benefits, update us on changes to RCI, and would take 90 minutes.” Nope!! It was a VERY short video and over two hours of high pressure sales, as we were passed along to THREE different salesmen with each having difficulty accepting “N-O” as an answer. Essentially, we lost a half day of our vacation with what was supposed to have been 90 minutes. We have stayed in Wyndham properties and attended these pitches before and NEVER been through this kind of treatment. The Falls is not where I would stay if visiting again. Don’t listen to the timeshare spiel, as you can get discounted tickets from lots of places if you search the net.

When choosing a condo try not to get a studio if there is two adults. The bed size is not comfortable at all. Find a king not a so called full size bed. This property is well kept and could be a good place to stay.
