A very nice environment with exceptionally helpful staff and great cleaning standards Did not eat at the Hotel but if the breakfast is anything to go by the evening meals should be good Hats off to January and her team for providing a very nice stay Regards David Parker

I was really impressed with the customer service and my room. The 2 nights day was pleasant, and the breakfast was up to a high standard. Special thanks to Sammie and the team for making us feel welcome. As we were new to the area, and needed a lot of help.

Lovely, well run hotel. Big shout out to all of the staff who looked after a group of 10 crazy friends. We loved it. Great place to stay, just enough “out of town” but close enough to wander around. Good value for money. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you for making us welcome.

Well located within a 5-10 minute walk to town centre with good parking provision, the rooms are clean and well provisioned, with a good breakfast included. There is a bar which was competitively priced that we used several times. The staff were all lovely, always cheerful and helpful and our group has had a very enjoyable stay

Review I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The hotel felt rundown and uncared for. I had no Wi-Fi for the duration of my stay. I had booked a standard double and was contacted two days before my stay asked if I’d like to upgrade for an extra hundred pounds to a super king room. I refused that offer but when I arrived, I had been allocated the room anyway. When I complained, the member of staff said ‘well we’re not charging you for it’. This was completely unsatisfactory because I didn’t get the facilities I required. I had was booked into room 30 in the attic. It was very hot and equipped with a very old creaky fan that kept me awake at night. The duvet was lumpy and the filling clumped together. The mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on. There is nothing that I could recommend about this Hotel apart from its location.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. The staff are brilliant and helpful. Everyone is very helpful. The food is delicious. Rooms are excellent quality. It is definitely my go to hotel when I am in Newark. Try and see it yourself, you will not regret.

Deincourt has the friendliest staff in any hotel I've stayed in and I stay in many due to work and all that jazz! January and the team always make you feel welcome and at home. Always choose to stay here over the travelodge whenever I have the option.

January and her Team always make me feel very welcome. I have been a frequent guest in recent months and have found the experience very satisfying. I would recommend the Deincourt to other business travellers as it is in an ideal location for access to the surrounding areas and transport links, as well was being within very short walking distance to all the amenities Newark offers. Parking is never an issue, and staff are always on hand to resolve any issues. There is a personal touch that other hotels often lack and the food is of a good standard and very reasonably priced. Am happy to continue to stay here whenever I work in Newark!
