Similar to a hotel-style apartment, it has a lot more discounts than the Royal Tulip next door. The room is big and the front desk is very helpful

Hotel está precisando de uma renovação, é bonito por fora mas está com carpetes antigos, toalhas muito velhas, estavam até rasgadas, móveis totalmente ultrapassados, além do mais não fica claro em momento algum no momento da reserva que não se terá acesso a piscina do complexo, a que fica beira lago, só reservamos por isso inclusive. Informaram que como os dois hotéis tem ficado muito cheios eles optaram por fazer essa divisão é só o Royal tem acesso, porém como não fica claro e outras vezes em que fui não tinha isso, eu reservei sem saber de nada e foi uma decepção.

Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã e quartos incríveis. Pode receber visitas a vontade, inclusive durante a noite. Também tem uma piscina aquecida na beira do lago, que fica aberta até as 22h. Experiência perfeita. Recomendo a todos. E o preço estava muito justo pela qualidade do serviço prestado.

O quarto é excelente, espaçoso e bem equipado.
Cama grande e super confortável. O café da manhã achei um pouco limitado, alguns itens não estavam frescos. Mas no geral eu recomendo!
