I would struggle to give this place one star. It was filthy dirty, broken cracked tiles, damage throughout, disgusting stains of some sort on the lounge. The shower leaked and things like dirty curtains, dirt in corners of the room, a disgustingly filthy microwave oven. We felt we didn't want to touch or use anything or any surface in the room. We booked in late after a long drive, stayed one night of a two-night booking and left the next day. I have stayed at Best Westerns before and always found them clean and comfortable, but this place was terrible and had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly in some time. I will probably never stay with Best Western again after this experience. I'm sure Best Western would not like their name and reputation to be associated with a Motel that provides such a poor and dirty standard of accommodation,

I had a great stay for 3 nights. I stayed in the queen room with breakfast. A bit pricey but that seems to be Brisbane in general. The room was a good size and bed and bathroom very clean. I was on the balcony room at the rear of the property so I didn’t hear road noise. Sam the owner was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked - bacon and eggs with toast. On Saturday and Sunday I received a continental breakfast pack (good size for breakfast). Laundry room was available for coin payment - there was laundry powder available for a cost per packet. There is a bus stop close by to be able to travel to local shops. Thank you to Sam and his wife for my recent stay.

Just stayed overnight. Easy to get to. Only issue is the rooms are not well directed so had to walk around the entire property quietly before we could find the room. Also, seemed like anyone could get in and out of the property unchecked… bit of a worry.

We were ordered out of our room 20 minutes before the check out time of 10.00. The house keeper came knocking on our door demanding us to leave. She then proceeded to reporting us to the duty manger who called our room and told us we had three minutes vacate the room. We went to the front desk and confirmed that it we still had more than 15 minutes before the cut off 10.00. She however apologised.
