You will Not have Any Privacy as you stay!! Terrible management First of all room is very dirty and stinky, maintenance was very poorly done. Not sure if Heater was on all day room was boiling hot I tried to turn on air conditioner it didn't work when complain forwarded to front desk answer was 'have balcony door open and can't have air conditioner on cause it's 15 degrees outside by regulations' I am not from here so I don't know what regulations it means and there was no explanation. However having my balcony door open as I sleep is so not secure and I wonder where my privacy is. I will tell everyone I know never make trip down to this place

Nice location, in a quiet neoghboorhood, close to the river. 2 stations from the center. Very kind staf in a hotel, great food, clean comfortable rooms, and toilets, I think all balcons have a river view. A reszaurant works until 8 PM. Nice looking garden.

Very nice hotel, a 30-minute walk from the city center. Easily accessible by public transport. Very friendly staff. Rooms are well-maintained and quite comfortable. Parking is available. Absolutely excellent value for money. We would be happy to return.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. The staff is extremely rude, even struggling to say good morning. We were without hot water for the first day and a half. We didn't think anything of it because a temporary problem can arise at any time. The problem arose when they told us there would be no hot water for the next four days, and they were very sorry, but it is what it is. After several complaints to the hotel and the company we booked with, it was miraculously resolved, and we were finally able to shower. Regarding the room cleanliness, there was no way they could clean it, no bathroom, no bed made, no toilet paper replaced... during the days we were there. An absolute disaster and a disappointment for a hotel that claims to have four stars.
