There was a wedding in the hotel with very loud music booked without limit in time, i.e. very loud in the room. There were no other rooms for a change so we asked for canceling the booking, the hotel promised to return the money, but no return was done and as i understood, the problem is on trip.com side and payment was made here and hotel requested trip.com to refund me.
so overall disappointed with the hotel and with trip.com

I fell down in the bathroom in the bathtube, the concave bathtube is really dangerous.
The noises coming from the high way were to much loud i had to change room for that, I advise to change the windows as the car passing from the vicinity of the hotel they make too much noises.

Ruhige Lage , bequeme Betten ,nur das Badezimmer entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen.Die Badezimmertür war von unten so aufgequollen, das man sie nicht vernünftig schließen konnte.In der Deckenlampe im Badezimmer lagen viele tote Insekten und auf dem Boden , tummelten sich die Silberfische.

NICHT LESEN...ANGST IM HOTEL als allein reisende Frau.
Um 21:50 Uhr wurden ich und meine Kollegin von einem Ungepflegten, gebrochen deutsch sprechenden, sehr unfreundlichen bis aggressiv wirkenden, sich nicht ausweisenden Mann ins Zimmer BEFOHLEN.
Wir haben unser Recht als Gast geltend gemacht, uns in die Lobby setzen zu dürfen, denn uns war solch ein Verbot nicht bekannt. Wir waren Stammgäste.
Es kam zu einer sehr laut aggressiv bedrohlichen Auseinandersetzung. Wir hatten Angst vor diesem Mann und wir waren allein.
Auf Nachfrage beim später eintreffenden Nachtportiers war dieser Mann aus einer Fremdfirma (nicht bekannt) als Security und Namentlich unbekannt, obwohl er direkt sehr vertraut hinter der Rezeption neben ihm stand.
Am Vorabend hat diese besagte Person sogar gekellnert?!
Er fühlte sich auch nicht berufen, diesem Mann Einhalt zu gebieten, als wir uns über diesen Vorfall beschweren wollten. Wir hatten ANGST IM HOTEL, unwillkommen und respektlos behandelt als Frau und Gast.
Wir werden diesen Ort NIE WIEDER AUFSUCHEN!

Clean & Quiet
Hotel is clean and quiet. Room was adequate in every way and included a big walk in shower. We opted not to have breakfast due to the cost of €15pp. Walked to the bakery down the street instead. Sauna is included but we did not visit. Gym next door can be used for €5 per day; we did not visit here. Our family did have dinner here in the evening and the food was not very impressive. We did use Kegeln and had a blast even if we didn’t understand the scoring. Overall would recommend and stay again on a future visit; but probably not eat here.
