JJili379Nestled at the foot of the mountain, the surroundings are very quiet, the air is fresh, and you can hear birds chirping. The staff are excellent, offering a warm welcome and detailed explanations. Sunny afternoons are the best time, making you feel completely at ease. You can watch sheep, go fishing 🎣, and pick plenty of fresh vegetables, especially the cherry tomatoes, which were incredibly delicious – everyone ate so much! We even took a lot home.
Just two small suggestions: It would be best if the staff wore a unified uniform. While the service was excellent, it was hard to tell who was who. Also, it gets quite cold outdoors in the evenings this time of year, so a heater or a charcoal grill would be really essential! We were freezing in the outdoor gazebo at night 😂 Overall, it's still a great review.

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly nestled in the mountains, offering a beautiful environment. The butler service is very attentive, and the rooms are new and clean. The estate is quite large, and the shuttle service from the front desk to the sightseeing vehicles is very convenient. It's a great place for families with kids or for a relaxing fishing vacation.

JJinningruanjiI initially chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and overall, I was satisfied.
Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation…
Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left.
The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together.
My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

Stepping inside, my mind immediately quieted, listening to the sounds of nature, far from the city's hustle and bustle. This sanctuary is precisely the holiday life I've always sought.
Against the backdrop of dark brown wooden walls, two books on a small shelf become an elegant focal point. 'Grass and Trees Are Interesting' with its vibrant green cover seems to tell tales of nature's delights, while 'Dust,' though simply designed, is profoundly meaningful, like a microcosm of life's myriad forms. A wine glass hanging nearby adds to the relaxed ambiance. Here, with a book in hand and a glass of wine, time itself seems to slow down, allowing the soul to find rest amidst the words and tranquility.
The room was clean and tidy, the service warm, and the facilities complete. You can truly feel that the host has blended high standards with natural vitality. It's like a secret haven outside the city that, once seen, calms the heart, making one wish to linger a little longer and savor this leisurely blend of green and peace.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I had stayed there before. The experience was okay, so I booked it again. The room I was given this time had dead bugs on the bedding, and there were more than one or two. I don't know if it was because no one had stayed in the room for a long time or the bedding was not clean. After I checked in, I washed and worked first. I found dead bugs on the bed when I went to bed very late, so I cleaned it myself. The next day, I found the front desk and asked them to help change a set of bedding. The bedding used that night was cleaner. However, I stayed for two consecutive days. When checking in, the front desk only opened a valid room card for one day without informing me. As a result, I went back to the hotel at night and went to the room and ran down to reactivate the room card. The room was very far away, which made people angry. The front desk not only didn't say sorry, but also shirked the responsibility, which was speechless. In short, this experience was quite bad. The room facilities and environment are OK, the price-performance ratio is good, and it would be better if there were fewer strange accidents.

SSiu ChungAlthough I had chosen a room in a high-rise unit when making a reservation, I had to pay extra to stay in the room when I checked in. As a result, I didn't want the lower floor to be too close to the hotel nightclub, so I paid extra to stay in a higher floor.
The room space is satisfactory and consistent with the description, but there is no bathtub equipment. Customer service said that there are no bathtub rooms in the entire hotel.
The breakfast buffet is okay, but there is not much choice of food.

1. The core advantage is that it should be its own fishing field, which is really convenient. The fish mouth is also ok, and the water does not have a fishy smell, and the fish restaurant within five pounds is cleaned up for free.
Optimization suggestion: the balcony guardrail of the lake view room is best to be remodeled. The current fixed type can't fish on the balcony at all. It is not easy to change the bait by the guardrail. Even if the fish is not easy to pull the fish. It feels more feasible to make a section of open guardrail, if you extend it directly outside the balcony and make a fishing platform, it will be perfect.
2. The location of the homestay is actually quite biased, but it is not bad to eat, live and play inside. There is also a tent room. My wife said it was quite good. I chose to see it. The children are more happy to play outside the amusement facilities.
3. The room hardware is actually okay, of course, it cannot be standardized compared with big hotels.
But it is still recommended to change the shower to 99 yuan a millet, the current shower block is too powerful, take a bath is hard to wash the body hot.
