這次和家人短途旅行，臨時訂了這家酒店，途中遇上大雨，抵達時渾身都淋濕了，本以為入住體驗會大打折扣，沒想到全程被温暖治癒。   前台工作人員看到我們狼狽的樣子，立刻遞上熱毛巾和温水，快速辦好入住，還貼心提醒樓層電梯位置。推開房間瞬間眼前一亮，全屋打掃得格外乾淨，沒有一絲異味，床鋪鬆軟舒適，空調提前開好，暖意十足。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水出得又快又足，洗去一身濕冷疲憊。   半夜孩子突發低燒，我們慌亂聯繫前台，工作人員馬上送來體温計與温水，還細心告知附近葯店位置，耐心安撫我們情緒，這點真的格外感動。次日早餐品類豐富，糕點、熱粥、新鮮水果樣樣齊全，食材新鮮味道可口。保潔服務細緻到位，有需求響應及時。   酒店地理位置便利，出門就能逛商業街，出行十分省心。硬件完善，服務更是遠超同價位酒店，處處充滿人情味。一次意外的雨天行程，卻收穫滿滿善意，下次再來本地，一定優先選擇這裏，真心推薦給出行的朋友！

After more than an hour, the air conditioner temperature was set to the lowest setting, but the room was still 31 degrees. When I applied to change rooms, an aunt came (this aunt will appear later) and said that I didn’t press the strong button on the air conditioner remote control. She helped me set the setting to the lowest setting. I didn’t say anything and passed. After an hour, the temperature still didn't come down. I just called to change the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me upgrade. The auntie was a little bit unhappy because she thought I messed up the room. She wanted to tidy it up again. 3. It was three o'clock in the morning that night. The room next door started to curse, knock on the door and fight, and I woke up so scared that I didn't dare to go out to see 4. The next night around 7 o'clock, when I was having dinner, it was the same aunt who opened my door directly with her card. I was shocked and shocked😠
