After a whole day of playing, every detail in the park was carefully designed. Even the huge polar bear had entered the park on the day we left. The facilities in the room were simple but clean. The temperature and humidity were more comfortable than any star-rated hotel I had booked in Harbin. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. Location: Carl is in a great location, the train station and the church are within a five-minute walk, and the main attractions in the town are all within walking distance. Dining: When we arrived at Carl Restaurant, we recommend ordering iron pot lake fish (the fish was bought by the boss at the market on the spot), pot-wrapped pork, and chicken stewed with mushrooms. It's like living in an old friend's home here. There is a hot breakfast when you get up, and you can tell the boss lady in advance to prepare meals before going out. At night, we play bonfires, watch fireworks, sing K, and there is a small slide in the yard. The boss lady is a gentle beauty, and everyone in Carl makes us feel the enthusiasm and warmth of the Northeast. The feelings of children are the purest. I kept crying at the train station and said I wanted to go back to the boss lady's house. I was reluctant to leave.
