I have been staying in this very new hotel for two weeks on a business trip to Hepu County. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, offering us fruit and even helping us take our luggage directly to the room – it truly felt like a home away from home. Our booked room included breakfast, and the breakfast area had a great ambiance. We woke up early for breakfast and even got to watch the sunrise from the restaurant. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and I particularly enjoyed their 'Lao You Fen' (old friend noodles). I would definitely choose to stay at Lavande Hotel again when traveling.

The overall experience of Berman Hepu Shankou store where I was on a business trip was quite good. Check-in was very fast and the front desk service was very good. The room was cleaned, the facilities were quite new, the shower was large, and the air conditioning was also powerful.
