Beautiful accommodation set in a quaint and quiet ancient town. It was such a peaceful stay - we stayed 3 nights and didnt see any other guests until the last day! The reason for this though is that this place is far from everywhere else (except Tianfu Airport). Our kid loved the outdoor hot tub and would soak and play in it for hours. Service was among the best ever experienced - accommodating and friendly staff, super responsive on WeChat. They gave us a free tea service with sweet potatoes to roast on the patio and it was just the best! The staff really went above and beyond. Our bathroom had a tiny leak and they instantly offered a free room upgrade (which we were too lazy to go through with and they fixed it while we were out the next day anyway). This place is perfect if you love hot tubs and quiet quaint settings (and dont mind long car rides to get anywhere else!)

The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and there is a shopping mall downstairs. It is very convenient to buy everything. The staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic and the overall service is very good. The nearby firewood chicken recommended by the front desk lady is fresh and delicious than the ones I have eaten before. 😋 The price is very high and worth recommending! 👍
