The front desk and staff were all very polite, and they responded promptly to any questions. There were no unpleasant surprises, just pure relaxation.
The room was clean and bright, with great natural light and a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The bedding was incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely secure.
The public areas were quiet and very elegant, well-maintained and stylish. It was a pleasure to simply walk around. There were both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which allowed me to enjoy an immersive hot spring experience right in the room, without having to share with others – the privacy was fantastic. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts.
Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!

Newly opened hotel, things are new, so health can be, but there are few lights in the aisle, not enough brightness, and there is no sound-controlled light.

The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place.
Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home.

JJinshu524On weekdays, there aren't many people, so we upgraded to a suite with five beds in total, which was so luxurious. Evergrande's consistent nouveau riche style is golden everywhere. The hardware is okay and worthy of the price, and the breakfast is okay and worthy of the price. The swimming pool is in the sports center next door. Because it is shared with the community, there are many people and it is noisy. The locker room is dirty and smells of salt. It is not recommended to go there.

The room made my eyes shine! The space is large, the layout is reasonable, and the cleaning is spotless. The bed is super soft and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding, I can sleep until dawn every night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the facilities are complete, the quality of toiletries is also very good, and it is very comfortable to use. I walked into the room and the room was very spacious. I arranged it for us. The love was messed up by me. Hahahaha and sent fruit. The facilities are also very complete. CchenlialexI stayed at the Ramada Hotel on a business trip. The overall feeling was pretty good. The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, was very nice and helped delay the check-out time. It was very good. The breakfast was rich in variety and the beef noodles were delicious. I recommend everyone to try it on the fifth floor. The laundry room and gym are very friendly to us workers who travel frequently. You can dry them immediately after washing. There is a free parking lot and the bus station is next door. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip. The hotel is highly recommended.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel many times. This time I stayed in Room 316. The chess and card room upstairs was still playing mahjong in the middle of the night. The sound was clearly passed into the room, which made us unable to sleep. Of course, this can't blame the guests who played mahjong upstairs, but when we gave feedback to the front desk, the front desk said two opinions: 1. Blame us for the feedback too late, saying that if we feedback them earlier, the hotel can handle it. 2. You can change rooms for us, and you can emphasize changing rooms on the 2nd floor. This room is better than ours. I need to explain that the first problem is that guests playing mahjong at 12 o'clock in the night can't decide. The second problem is that we don't need a better room, we want a room that is not so noisy, we have no interest in taking advantage of the hotel. As a result, we finally chose to check out early and drive back to Chengdu directly. This matter was not a big deal, nor was it the responsibility of the hotel. The guests playing mahjong upstairs were not responsible, but the attitude of the front desk staff was uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel will strengthen the training of the front desk. The reception staff in the service industry should have empathy. Instead of accusing the guests of making the request too late and stressing that the price of the room changed is more expensive than we set. At that time, your front desk clerk said that you set the 270 room. I changed you to the second floor. It is far from the chess and card room upstairs. The price is more expensive than yours..... In fact, we have a room of 400. I don't know if the 270 in your mouth is your front desk greasy or something else.
