Kuytun Hotels with Breakfast

Saw this hotel on Trip.com, advertised as opening in 2026, so I decided to give it a try – and overall, the experience was great! The hotel is very easy to find and even has charging stations. There's an Yimaxiang Night Market nearby with all sorts of food and small goods, definitely recommend checking it out. The charging stations are super convenient if you're renting a car or driving yourself. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge' and 'xiaojie' – young men and women) were very enthusiastic and always ready to help with any questions. This was my first time staying here, and after circling Sayram Lake, visiting Yili, and driving the Duku Highway, I chose to stay here again – a testament to how much I liked it. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are new, clean and elegant, and the service is warm! The zero-pressure room type I stayed in has very comfortable bedding. Originally booked a different hotel, later considered that it was convenient to change the whole season from the place to eat. The young lady Wang who greeted her was very enthusiastic and the voice was very good, because we didn’t eat spicy and recommended nearby restaurants to us. When I went to Kuitun, maybe it was the off-season in winter, so hotel rates were not high. I changed hotels every day. The previous hotels I stayed in either had poor soundproofing or small rooms. Some of the storefronts look very high-end. The internal equipment and facilities are seriously aging and it is unbearable to look at. Their hotel facilities should have been installed not long ago. Quite new. This hotel is a good choice for both business and tourism trips. It has a good value for money, convenient transportation, and you can take a Didi when you go out. There are restaurants downstairs, which are all very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room has good lighting. Because you live on the 25th floor, you can see the panoramic view of Kuitun when you open the curtains, and you have a feeling of looking down on the world. The room is also very quiet, the soundproofing is OK, I will come here often, I hope it will get better and better

This is a new hotel with great overall ambiance and facilities. The smart room features are very convenient! Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~ The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore. It was a fantastic experience~

The location is very good and dining downstairs is convenient, but the hotel is in a mixed-use building. The company and multiple hotels share the elevator, which will be crowded. In addition, breakfast is in a shared breakfast shop, which is not exclusively used by hotel guests. There are also waiters. I wasn't careful enough and forgot to put mineral water in the room. We went downstairs to ask the front desk for refills.

The hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers.
