I arrived at the store at 12 o'clock yesterday and left the store at 2 o'clock this afternoon. After I lived, I felt a few problems. 1. After arriving at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We shouted two loudly before a man came over. Then the waiter came over to check in. 2. It rained this afternoon. I was in the room. My family ordered food at the place to eat. It rained very much. I asked the front desk to send an umbrella. At first, I was not willing. I said that I would give it to the tent opposite. People are far away, which means that we live near the lake. It’s okay to rain. 3 Health problems, We ate outside, my son and my sister both saw the chef smoking while cooking, and then we told the waiter about his behavior problem, the waiter actually said that he should smoke after cooking, the kitchen is a smoking place! 4 There is no children to play anything, this homestay is quite boring... It is purely a day of living, there is no sense of value-added, it is the worst experience in all the homestays, the lowest service awareness homestay, if it is more than 40 and does not require the quality of service, You can also go to play, young people are not suitable at all, the overall service awareness is very low.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff, Xiao Zhou and Xiao Wu, were warm and professional, quickly checking me in and thoughtfully providing travel tips and transportation routes. Their responsive attitude was very welcoming, and they even proactively helped with my luggage. The ”toolbox” service was incredibly useful; umbrellas, chargers, and other items were readily available for borrowing, demonstrating their attention to detail. The room was simply yet elegantly furnished, bright and spotless, with both the desk and floor impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were complete and of excellent quality. Some rooms even offered beautiful river views, providing a truly immersive experience. The hotel also features a gym and laundry facilities; the gym equipment is from high-end brands and is open 24 hours a day to meet your fitness needs. The hotel's location is excellent, and I was very satisfied.

GGuest UserEvery year, I have to go back to my hometown to sweep the tomb. Baishui Town also has this one. The climate here is a bit humid. The room has been renovated in the past few years. It is still affected. The KTV on the third floor in the past few years is very noisy. This year seems to be fine.

GGuest UserThe facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the service attitude of the front desk and room on the fifth floor is good. The only thing I can't understand is that when it rains outside, the toilets 402 and 403 where we stayed originally started to bulge with water, and the sewer cover kept jumping up, making two sounds one after another. The customer service told us that this is what happens when it rains. It'll be fine once the rain stops. I was worried about it raining all night and considered driving the next day, so I finally changed to a room on the 5th floor that would not be affected by the rain.

AAnonymous UserAdvantages: The environment of Metropark has nothing to say, the room is good, the balcony can watch the sunset 🌅. A few minutes walk to the scenic spot. The front desk service is very warm.
Needs improvement: the room did not put paper. The shower can't be adjusted by a hot and cold shower, either hot or cold, and the shower head on the top of the last used found that warm water can be adjusted. Mainly called the waiter halfway to see and was told that was the case, as if we would not use it... a bit speechless.
