Qionghai Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel environment is quite beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the view from the windows is stunning. A shuttle bus is readily available. The staff are very welcoming. Especially the butler, Bonnie Luo, who provided detailed information about nearby attractions and restaurants.

This hotel is located right by Municipal Square, close to the city hall and government offices. It's about a 15-minute walk to Zaliang Street. It's a standard 3-star express hotel. I got a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious room. The free breakfast is a 28 CNY standard and includes yogurt. However, the power went out more than three times during the early morning and night. The curtains automatically opened and closed when the power cut out, which was quite alarming! When checking out, the front desk apologized, saying it was due to a municipal power supply issue. But since I could see lights in nearby buildings outside my window during the power outages, I suspect there might be a defect with the hotel's electrical equipment or facilities!

Overall, this stay was very good. We originally booked into Hotel 1, but the owner was very considerate and proactively upgraded us to Hotel 2 free of charge. The owner's son was also very polite and helpful, actively assisting us throughout the entire stay, which was a real plus. The room also had tea making facilities, and the hot water pressure was strong, making the shower very comfortable. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the overall experience was very satisfying.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. In short, the hotel offers great value for money, and we extended our stay for two more nights! (Attached photos show the seaside scenery from the hotel's back door)

Overall, it was pretty good. The service kept up, and the room's cleanliness and layout were fine. The breakfast had a wide selection, with plenty of options for kids. Most importantly, it's super close to the beach! It's so convenient for kids to play in the water, and the price was a great value too ^_^ . We'll be back next year!

My trip was rushed, and I didn't take any photos, but this guesthouse left a deep impression on me. The owner's decor was very grand! Naturally, the guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location near Tanmen Fishing Port was interesting! What I'm most looking forward to is the owner's breakfast. The authentic seafood porridge was incredibly delicious. There was also a type of thin pancake; the breakfast was plentiful and unforgettable! So, besides recommending staying here, you absolutely must try their breakfast. If you miss it, you might not have another chance! If the owner sees this, please reply to me. What kind of fruit do you grow in your yard? This is making me anxious! 😂

The accommodation is very close to the beach, a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach, but the room is a bit old, the corridor is a bit miscellaneous, breakfast is OK. The proprietress is very enthusiastic, thank you! The parking lot is very close, but the marking and navigation on Trip.com are not clear, plus the night is not clear, it took a long time to find it, it is really not supposed to, it is recommended to attach navigation or pictures!

There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. For 168, it can feed a family of three, and the service attitude is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high

Overall not bad, the price is very conscience, very close to the beach, the small room is also very clean, New Year's Day, most of the rooms are long-term rentals by the elderly in the northeast, and there is a feeling of an elderly apartment.
