Got an upgraded room with a river view, it was a side view but still very pretty. The included dinner was mediocre, not many dishes, but the BBQ was decent. Drinks were not included. Breakfast was at the same restaurant, with more variety and quite tasty. I recommend the traditional fried dishes. The restaurant drinks were a bit pricey compared to the hotel's caliber.

Booking him felt like unwrapping a gift. We love venturing out solo, but Cairo's energy is intense – constant traffic from dawn till dusk, and haggling with taxis can eat up your day. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.

I can highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here as a couple; the room was clean, fresh, and pleasant. I'd even say professional. We booked a deluxe room with a bathtub and a glass wall—it was worth it. The bathroom was excellent, perfect for two. The renovations were done well, even a bit sterile, without the typical Egyptian lack of attention to detail. We stayed in this room in December (when we were freezing in other hotels), and overall it was very comfortable. Street noise was minimal, especially compared to Cairo. The internet was average, not the best speed. We watched a movie on TV—the lighting, sound, and picture were very comfortable. The hotel's location is good: a 10-minute taxi ride to the museum and 15-20 to the entrance to the pyramids. Breakfast was okay. Grocery and fruit options are a 5-minute walk away. One downside: the staff in the cafe wasn't very professional (apparently the owner's children are there), but that's a minor detail. Also, if you order food from the cafe's menu, allow for a 40-50-minute wait. But to sum it up, the hotel fulfilled all its main tasks (sleep, relaxation, warmth) perfectly.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby.

Great Stay Near Pyramids! I had a solid stay here. The hotel is clean and the hot water is excellent. The view of the Pyramids from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and it’s very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. A few things to note: Amenities: There is no kettle and no hairdryer in the room. Pyramid Access: The entrance next to the Marriott is closed. You have to use the Sphinx entrance. I recommend taking a taxi there as the walk is very dirty. Transport: Use InDrive. Avoid Uber or Careem here as they try to scam a lot. Food: Visit Zeeryara Pyramids Elite (3 min walk). It’s a bit pricey for Egypt, but the food is perfect. Overall, a great spot for the price and the views!

Excellent customer service and the location is perfect. 1 min walk to pyramid of giza ticket office. The hotel is good and the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jabeel(manager ) who made us very comfortable. Breakfast is ok but the view of the pyramid is amazing. Dinner is expensive but u pay for the view not the food. Overall excellent place to stay...

We arrived almost midnight. The manager immediately began to persuade us to upgrade to a family room, overlooking the pyramids. Everything was brought into play, including even the fact that our room, which we had booked, was supposedly not ready. Is it at midnight? :))) In general we agreed for 500 pounds/night. The room is, ultimately, absurdly big. Everything needs updating. The water pressure is very weak. Washing up was a problem. Linen and towels are more or less clean. Breakfast is just terrible. How can you serve breakfast and not offer tea or coffee???!!! This is already the 46th country we have visited. And probably the 1000th hotel we have stayed in. And this is the first time we are encountering this. Nonsense!

My one-night stay on the 4th floor was incredibly disappointing. After arriving exhausted from my travels, I finally settled into sleep, only to have my rest cut short at 8:00 AM by the floor supervisor. Instead of maintaining a quiet environment for guests, he treated the hallway like a social club—shouting at staff, laughing loudly, and using his phone on speakerphone for everyone to hear. I even knocked on my door to alert him to the noise, but he completely ignored me and continued his disruptive behavior until the moment I checked out.
