"This place is perfectly fine if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. The facilities are a bit dated but still acceptable. Its location directly opposite Annecy Station was incredibly convenient for getting around. There's a water dispenser available next to the front desk.
The elevator is an old-fashioned type where you have to manually open the doors, and it's quite small, fitting only about two people. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water all night, so I couldn't take a shower. When I went to inform the front desk, other guests were also reporting the exact same problem. The hot water never came back on, even by the time I checked out."

The hotel is very attractively furnished, classic but modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room is very large, you really have room and feel not intact. Even that the toilet is separate from the shower in a side room is absolutely top! The details of the church windows and the top-modern service with touch panel for light, stores etc. are really thoughtful -- a great praise for it!
The bar next to it is also just something I can recommend to everyone. Also, as a guest of the hotel you can get directly from the bar to the lobby -- perfect for a slummer drink!
The only small deduction is the location, is something outside and for the old town you need 20 minutes a foot. But this is clear before you book the hotel.
In general, absolutely a heart recommendation!

We were very charmed by our stay at the Pélican :)
The bakery attached to the hotel is divine (you can get a really hearty breakfast there), the staff is lovely, everything is clean, and the location is truly within walking distance.
Two minor details that didn't spoil our stay: the heating in the hallways was very high, and the view of the lake wasn't exceptional.
Another detail I greatly appreciated: the water fountain with mini glass water bottles, saving us from having to buy water outside or refill it from the taps in the room.

Anonymous UserHad a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Annecy Centre. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the old town and main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Annecy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essential facilities. Having the extra space and amenities of an aparthotel made the stay even more convenient.
The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, always ready to assist and making the overall experience smooth and welcoming.
Overall, a great choice for Annecy, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a central location.

The hotel is right next to the island palace, the location is quite convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station.
The whole center is not big and this kind of small hotel can be found everywhere. It feels more like a homestay. The ordinary room we booked was arranged on the top floor. The elevator couldn't go up and we had to climb the stairs ourselves. The room was very small and the overall facilities were average. Especially there is a door next to the bed that can't be opened, which makes people a little scared... But lying on the bed, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance~
The breakfast is OK, but there are not many types. After all, it is a B&B.
The store clerk is very friendly.

We didn't like it here.
The building is located above the railroad tracks. You can feel every train passing by every hour since 5 a.m.
The bed linens are hard.
Our room was littered with a bunch of random objects and someone's cap in the closet.
The breakfast was delicious and varied.
The parking entrance was very narrow. We had to fold our car mirrors.
The staff all seemed like it was their first day on the job. I was especially impressed by the cleaner in the lobby who spent an hour scrubbing 2.5 square meters—he wasted no time at work and didn't even clean anything. He didn't even pick up the pancakes someone dropped on the floor.
The location is good relative to the city center. The towels are clean and soft.

The room is very small and the bathroom is even more, it is hard to move through it. Location is good, it is close to the station and the center. It has no heating but if a radiator.

Good design boutique hotel with very great service.. thank for the nice receptionist that offer us late checkout. Hotel lobby is nicely design and can stay and do some work. Room is abit small but good enough. Design of the room is great and lovely.

The only downside is the very steep climb up the hill. But the view is worth it.

Located at the beginning of the lake and small river (waterway), the accessibility is the best, the facilities are old, but the cleanliness is good.
When you open the window, you can see the buildings in the old city center and the waterways with clear water flowing in front of you.
