Calvados Hotels with Breakfast

The location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home! Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good! I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!

Very clean, ok room size, very nice ad helpful lady at the front desk. I asked about some cheese recommendations and she took a time to even search online and explained to me the differences and gave me tips to get the right ones! Amazing 🤩

The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one. Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done. Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-) Again very nice mansion and service.

A beautiful hotel. Modern design in rooms. A great polite staff. It is a pity that some staff don't even know the words in English.

Absolute nightmare with self check in Didn't have the correct booking number as I arrived late. Fortunately I was shown the intercom and accessed the self booking machine Very poor instructions and very stressful after a long day's travel. The room was superb spacious and quiet welcome shower when I eventually got in my room and comfy bed and welcome Aircon. Breakfast was delicious lots of options and good value. I am returning in August but reception will be open when I arrive 😄

We booked this hotel because it was in a château and it looked romantic and unique .However there were many details lacking overall. Firstly avoid the restaurant at all costs even though the three course meal was only €29. The food preparation and quality was terrible. Please see attached photos. The salmon I had was overcooked from frozen salmon and the greens were likely frozen greens that were boiled to mush and no longer green. The risotto was just rice coated in some weird cream and had some tasteless pieces of chicken slapped on top. We did not finish the food. They clearly also need more staff as our receptionist was doubling up as a waitress, and we noticed that there were some waits and gaps in service. The room was compact and clean, but the details were lacking. For example, the fixtures and appliances were the cheapest variety possible and didn’t match the Luxe feel that the hotel is going for. The location is slightly out of town and a 20 minute walk to all the main sites in the old town. The grounds were tidy and very pretty in photos.

The reception is only available at fixed times and during the weekend they don't answer emails. I had problems with check-in because I had no instructions for automatic check-in. So I had to wait until 9:00 the next day to have the room available for only three hours. These are equipped apartments, they are very clean, quiet and the outdoor parking is free. Unfortunately, access to the video-monitored garage is not allowed. In summary, the structure offers an acceptable price/quality ratio.

The room, the passage between the bed and the wall, the shower, the sink, the toilet, the cup for tea in the morning, the breakfast tray, etc., are all small! This is unexpected. However, the hotel is very clean, the reception staff is friendly and the parking lot is large. It should be noted that although the breakfast selection is rich, I think the quality is average and there is no taste. I think I have had a better breakfast at other ibis hotels.

Nice spacious apartment and a good base to explore the Battlefields of Normandy. Reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.

The hotel was a night with accommodation and breakfast is a little far from falling but the tram is at the door of the hotel ... In the breakfast lady that gives breakfast is a little unpleasant but breakfast is quite good. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
