Very nice English breakfast.
Staff were polite and efficient.
Lobby areas neat and tidy. Good lunch food.
Negatives. Upstairs hallways and bedrooms are in very poor condition. Peeling wallpaper, dirty sofas, threadbare carpets, scratched paintwork and faded curtains.
Private Parking advertised but still costs £25 a night.

"Loved this town so much I extended my stay! The hostel had performances almost every day on the ground floor during the Brighton Fringe festival. The breakfast looked plentiful and delicious. Every front desk staff member I encountered was super friendly and actively helped resolve any issues!"

"The location is perfect, you can’t ask for more.
The cleaness level can be improved, and I found the laundry is empty.
My room is quite hot during the heat, hotter than the normal room. I guess one reason is there is only one window can be opened and just a little bit. But the other day the window was opened a little bit more, and it feel cooler.
There is no privacy for my bed (Room302). I think they placed the whole bed in a wrong way, anyone who enters the room can see me directly and there is no curtain. I used a towel to cover at the end. Hope staffs can fix this.
All the staffs are welcomed and friendly.
One more, it could be a bit noisy for some rooms cuz they’re facing the street."

Super cute hotel, only minutes away from the beach. Quiet place slightly further out from the busy bars but close enough to walk. Lovely staff really chatty and helpful. Offered places to go and visit. We would highly recommend it and Would be more than happy to go back again

Guest UserGreat location near the station. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre. Coffee station can have a long line as they have only one machine. Bedroom is clean with comfortable bed/pillows. The shower in the accessibility bathroom can reach all the way to the toilet and to some extent close to the sink and it doesn't drain/dry quick enough. If you need to do laundry, there is a free self serve with 3 sets of washer/dryer.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the space was well-organized. Although the room wasn’t very large, it felt practical and suitable for a solo traveler or a couple.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.
Bed is quite small for twin bed. Overall, it was perfect

A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

WangbaojunThe front desk service was excellent. I was traveling with elderly people, and they proactively helped us carry our luggage to the room. Our original check-out time was 11 AM, but they extended it to 12 PM, understanding we had elderly family with us. Breakfast was decent. The only regret was how noisy the room was at night. The sea view during the day was beautiful, but on Saturday night, the constant car noise continued until 2 AM, which was very disruptive. My mom didn't get a good night's sleep. 😓

DollingtonI enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, although tired looking from the outside. The rooms are clean,with tea making facilities and a hairdryer. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, as well as a toothbrush and the smallest tube of tooth paste - enough for 2 times.
The staff are friendly but the reception area looks tired and busy.
The continental breakfast, in my opinion, is not worth paying for. The breakfast area is the only communal area as the restaurant is closed at the moment..
The location was great and it is easy to get around from here.

Bettina DyerLast minute visit to Brighton & needed an overnight stay. The Holiday Inn is ideal as it is in a great location overlooking the beach and walking distance to shops & restaurants. There is parking available under the hotel which is also a must as parking is scarce in Brighton.
Staff are friendly & helpful.
My room was clean & my bed was very comfortable.
On this occasion I didn't have breakfast but it was available at an extra cost of £14.
An ideal place for my overnight stay. Would recommend.

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

We had a nice experience in this hotel ..The location is a calm and serene area opposite to the park ..Hence it can be used for a stroll..Incase you are not using a car ,bus connectivity is very good to beach and near by attractions..The room is spacious and we got 3 beds for a family of four and the heater was also provided ..Tehe morning buffet was sumptuous with many options to chose from. Only drawback I felt is with respect to the bathroom ,wish they would have provided a set of shampoos in addition to the shower gel..Also the lock of bathroom was not working properly ,wish they correct it soon..Overall would definitely come back in future ...
