We have been happy with the location, only that our room was downstairs and located right across from the toilets for the pub. It was very noisy. And you couldn't open the window, cause the window is towards the courtyard and there was a table right in front of the window and people who visit the pub can sit at tables in the courtyard.
We would stay again but with a room upstairs 😉

Guest UserSo happy I stumbled upon this gem in Perth! Very centrally located in town. Offered a compete hot breakfast that included homemade marmalade! Delicious! The room was comfortable with everything I needed. James was lovely to chat with. Highly recommend!
