"What a beautiful hotel. Both the room and the public areas are decorated with a nod to Byzantine heritage but with style and thoughtfulness. Our room had a powerful shower, mini bar with complimentary items and Nespresso machine. The breakfast offering also included a cooked to order selection. The staff were all so helpful and lovely, making the whole experience. Please book this hotel if you are in Ioannina- it's a gem."

This lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

Hotel 🏨 location is good, very convenient to various attractions.
There is also a wine cellar, as if there are cultural relics underground, very 🈶 meaning.
But the room is a bit small, there are steps, it feels not very convenient.
The quilt doesn't seem to be changed every guest. It may be the habit of the Greeks. The bottom order is new and clean.
The quilt is covered on the bottom sheet, and it is not covered. The Chinese are not used to it.

Good hotel in the city centre. We stayed for two days but they forgot to clean our room, to change towels, etc! They also refused to upgrade our room with two single beds to a room with a king bed. They offered to somehow join the two beds. But the next day surprisingly they forgot it! The staff is friendly but this is not enough... Next time in Ioannina we will look for other options.
