Mohamad Azman Bin AbdullahPleasant experience staying at this hotel, its very well managed, clean, tidy, comfy and located just few minutes away by foot, to ferry terminal, minimarts and restaurants.
Peaceful location, compared to crowded and noisy Batam center.
Will certainly return!
Value for money, highly recommended!

Anonymous UserService was good, staff were attentive. However upkeep of room windows can be better, it was moulding slightly.
Also, got assigned to a smoking floor though I requested for a non smoking room… and was unable to change rooms. But they offered dehumidification service.

AlanK1156Value for money. Cleanliness needs to improve a bit on the floor sweeping. Some mosquito found in the room. Same. My friends on another room also faced mosquitos issue. But it's not a lot. Just a few. But it's important to improve on this.
