Great
AAnonymous UserThe place was well maintained and clean, however due to nature of the place design it was not like proper hotel, we feel like staying in someone house, during the visit we had only few guest / room occupied , we experienced the not soo good experience where we met with seems like the owner (lady) and shouted multiple times to the employee where we can hear it clearly and made the situation really awkward and she roaming around the place make us feel uncomfortable to do the outdoor activities as she always seems monitoring of our movements. On top of it the lack of clarity on the pool policy for visitors, they charged quite expensive for our visitors (not staying in the hotel) to swim where we cannot find these pricing anywhere in the beginning, and was informed earlier by the receptionist for visitors if only kids are allowed to swim without any charges.
GGuest UserHotel had a lovely layout, ambience and swimming pool area. Staff are very courteous-and help-full.
Rooms however need to be renovated. Old furniture , stained sheets and bathroom fittings , there was mole and moss in the bathroom.
GGuest UserHad to ask for a new bath mat twice before it was delivered. The hotel phone seems to be just for show because no one answers when you call reception or housekeeping. I received two calls, but when I answered, there was no sound and they immediately hung up (not sure if it was a prank or something spooky, who knows). I didn't expect the room I chose to have no bathroom door, and when I first entered the room, it smelled like a sewer. Turns out, it was coming from the uncovered toilet. For couples, please at least provide a bathroom door! Breakfast was decent, but I wasn't too excited about it after such an unpleasant experience. I somewhat regret paying 900++ for this kind of experience.
GGuest UserGreat location. Room are super clean. Everything is carefully checked & provided for guest in rooms. Really worth the price I’ve paid. Very friendly & helpful staff.
AAnggoro setoValue to price this is one of the best budget hotel in bandung, location is only a few metres away from ciwalk entrance, Breakfast is decent but room is relatively clean so it's good enough for short stay, and you get a swimmping pool also
GGuest UserOne thing that i don't like about this hotel is the toilet which has built in bidet. I will avoid hotels with built in bidet. And the shower head is clogged resulting the water spraying in different directions. That is quite annoying.
AAnonymous UserKalya Hotel Bandung Dago is a budget hotel strategically located in the Dago area, near ITB, a popular shopping mall and dining spot. The hotel is known for its clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and affordable prices. Among the facilities offered are free Wi-Fi, parking, and a restaurant. However, there are some shortcomings such as limited parking space, air conditioning and hot water issues, noise from the surrounding area and a lack of variety in breakfast.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
