Padua Hotels with Breakfast

Before going to Venice, I agonized for a while over where to stay – the island was just too expensive. On the drive from the Dolomites to Venice, I suddenly stumbled upon this Crowne Plaza online, and it was perfect for a self-drive trip! Commuting to Venice every day wasn't far at all. The accommodations were excellent, exactly what you'd expect from an established chain. The breakfast was also fantastic, especially the cakes and pastries. Plus, just a few kilometers away, there was a local family restaurant serving authentic beef in vinegar sauce.

A wonderful 1-night-stay at Scrovegni Room & Breakfast on our way through Padova to Venice. Angela, the host, was wonderfully attentive and even cut short her morning to allow us to drop off our luggage ahead of check-in time. A clean, charming, safe and excellently situated B&B that made two travellers very happy on their journey through Italy. Would 100% recommend and stay again in future if visiting the beautiful city of Padova again.

This is a hotel recommended by Italian locals. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I go to Padua. The decoration style is very distinctive and the service is really good.

I stayed in a single room for one night in December 2024. Google Maps showed it was about a 7-10 minute walk from my location. A very friendly front desk attendant assisted me with check-in. It's evident the hotel has been established for many years, but it has admirably kept up with the times, with noticeable upgrades to its hardware and facilities. The bathroom's patterned tiles were a unique touch, and even the ceramic soap dish and toilet paper holder highlighted an unexpected level of sophistication. A key point for light sleepers to note is the hotel's proximity to a railway line; guests should gauge their own sensitivity to noise. I opted for the breakfast, which was €8 per person. As there are few dining options nearby, I highly recommend pre-booking it. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Donatello. The staff were very kind and accommodating, I arrived early and they arranged for my luggage to be stored and delivered to my room. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

The hotel was spotless , friendly staff , breakfast was ok but the eggs & bacon were cold or Luke warm every morning - we were very disappointed with the spa been under renovation for the first 2 days which was not communicated to us prior to the stay , if we were aware of this fact we would have cancelled the stay as the reason we picked this hotel was to enjoy the spa facilities on offer - wouldn’t rebook this hotel !

The hotel has a strategic location, 50 meters away from the train station and a 2-minute walk away. It is also very close to the city center, 900 meters away and about 10 minutes' walk. All attractions can be reached on foot. Although it is very close to the train station, the room is very quiet. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and bright. Will come again when I have time.

Quite a nice and cozy hotel. The rooms are a little small and there’s no privacy on the balcony.

The concept and story behind Casa colori are very nice, it was created with some social purpose . The room was quite basic, but offered everything needed for a quick night stop as we did during our business trip. Very good value for money, with a competitive price and breakfast included. The staff at reception and buffet was very kind. Breakfast was a buffet, with a variety of sweet and salty food, enough for a good kick off of the day. Location is good, in the perimeter right outside city center
